The facilities were very good, the room had room service and good amenities. Additionally the breakfast was tasty and had good variety. Everything was clean and well managed. There was also a set of complimentary slippers which I appreciated. The location was also very convenient being just outside Nanterre Prefecture station. Also the curtains did a good job of blocking out any light streaming in so the room could become dark at any time of day. Lastly there were many English speaking staff so I could check in with ease and also order dinner with ease. The room included a hairdryer, large television, bathroom and slippers, body wash, body lotion, hand wash and hair conditioner. There were also two showers, one rainforest style and one regular showerhead. The buffet breakfast was included in my room and had a wide selection of cheeses, pastries and also the option to fry an egg to your liking. There was in addition bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. I understand there was a gym available also although I did not take advantage of it.

There were basically two aspects of the room that were not so good. The first may be typical but there was no sink in the toilet room, only in the shower room and so potentially you would need to open two doors in order to wash your hands, this may not be the most hygienic and my personal preference is to wash the hands in the same room as the toilet. In addition my biggest complaint was that the window was not particularly sound proof and it so happened that there was very loud music for the majority of the night outside. Consequently I was unable to sleep well.

The staff were friendly, and nothing was a problem for them, or me, 😊 the room was large enough for two, bed was comfy and large, and had an excellent night's sleep, tea coffee and soft drinks were on tap every day, and free to boot, there was one big TV in the room, which was nice, but didn't use much, but nice, the room was decorated lovely, shower was as expected hot and plentiful and was well layed out, excellent, I found breakfast was reasonable, with plenty of choice of either cooked or continental food, my only fault if there was one was the air conditioning, it just didn't blow hard enough to really cool the room, so had some sticky nights, but over all the quality of the hotel was excellent, that's it, would recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Depending on the room then the noise from the RER line that passes almost under the hotel can be a little annoying

Easy walk to local university, very convenient to get to downtown Paris. Good wifi, was able to connect for international work zoom calls

Below average breakfast for the price. Added it on for one day but then decided not to for the rest of the stay.

Train noise during night

Hotel was beautiful inside, nice spacious rooms and it had anither door inside once you got theough your main bedroom door so it was quieter, shower and toilet were separate, bed was VERY comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend and would definately stay again.

great location for La Defense arena with restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby and very close to RER station. very pleasant and helpful gentleman on reception over the weekend

The room and staff were both lovely, and the hotel was in a great location. - just a 5 min walk from shops and the la defence arena - perfect for me as I travelled for a concert!
