Location is near Old Town and all amenities. Room nice overlooking the square but still quiet.

The vast majority of pictures, even when you open your booking, are for the room for the large room with bath etc, this is not the case! you receive a standard (all be it very nice) ensuite. Not easy to locate the main entrance as AnB is just part of the second floor, which contains residential flats elsewhere. The entrance hall and stairs are communal so a bit uninspiring

The hotel is part of the historic building in Massena place. Below our hotel is the big square where there’s restaurants, shops, and ppl walking by all the time, and the statues on the poles light up with changing colors at nite. The location is very convenient, with walking distance to tram or train station. The hotel itself is located like inside an apartment building, more like Airbnb, but the inside is so cute. It’s French Rococo style. Our room looks like a movie set. There’s a small cooking stove inside the closet. We can purchase water, fruits…etc. at the convenience store next door to our hotel. If worried about noise, just use earplugs which I think it’s a standard necessity when one travels.

The apartment itself doesn’t look like that well kept.

Comfortable bed, nice decor, great bath and ideal location. Welcome from the host was lovely and it was quiet and relaxing.

Sink too small for shaving in and could have done with a bit more table space.

I loved the location but most of all the views from our corner room. It felt as if we were living there and were part of the city life. I loved the bed, it was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with just baked croissants, fruits, yogurt and more. the room has all you need and more. We had a little issue with the faucet in the bathroom and it was fixed right away and the faucet replaced. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. they even met us with our suitcases in the corner on our way to the airport so we would make our flight. looked the coffee provided, plus they have water and soft drinks in the room included which was super nice.

the entrance to the building in general needs some updating and work but I do understand this is a building where there are offices, apartments and a lot more so I assume it's not really in the hands of ABA to make the changes. Happy there was an elevator even though it super slow. We used it for the suitcases and the rest of the time we used the stairs.

The location is just centre of Nice. Very close the sea, old town by walk 3-5 minutes. Train station is 15-20 minutes walk away. Lovely, very clean. The restaurants areas for dining for evening and night very close. The host, Ms. Eva was very helpful in check-in time. Price is definitely worth instead of expensive hotels.

I can't tell specific. It is not a hotel, the room like hotel room with kitchen and bath tub even there is a turntable in room with classical records

We had a three night stay, first time out of many visits that we have stayed right in Masséna. First two night were in one of the ‘normal’ rooms. Beautifully furnished with period style furniture and some great features such as the little cooler and fridge. For the final evening we moved to the largest room (it had not been available for the first two nights) it was stunning with views on two sides.

This is easily one of the best stay in my traveling life. The staff took care of my comfort with incredible care, quality and taste. The manager recommended me where to park, she personally came with an assistant to help with the luggages, she checked me in and provided with a strucuted and complete list of all the most elegant places in town. At the check out the experience has been the same level of quality. In this apartment, you can feel as a local but you have the same service of a luxury hotel. Outstanding experience.

Very nice room (but not the big suite you see in most pictures), tastfully decorated, you feel yourself in another historic period in a good way 😉 original small kitchen inside a wardrobe (but you better eat out on this location anyway, but it was a nice and funny surprise), record player with some lp's, bath in the room, sunshine came inside, view on the place Massena. Nice host!

I couldn't find my booking messages so checking in was a bit of a search, but once I got the right number: +33 6 72 68 67 03. Everything went perfectly!

Although we did not stay in the room pictured, the one we did have was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. Beautifully clean with fresh towels daily on request. We were given a warm welcome and help with anything we needed.

There was nothing to dislike about ABA

Absolutely loved everything about the b&b - the building is secure, in a great location, our hosts gave us so many recommendations for places to go through the day, at night, honestly could not have been more accommodating! And the hosts were available via WhatsApp 24/7 and we truly appreciated that!
