Great location, cute design and welcoming staff

The cleanliness is not the best- the glasses, cuttlery and plates for breakfast was all dirty with food residue that was dried and not properly cleaned. The cups were cloudy and had stains

The location is excellent - handy for the tram (to+from the airport), close to the seafront, and even closer to a pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. About 10 minutes' walk from the old town. My Standard room was compact, but big enough for me. Comfortable bed. Breakfast variety and quality was good. Coffee was available free all day. All the staff were charming - friendly and helpful. A special thank-you to Saloua on reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful when I had a problem.

The coffee in the machine was on the weak side; I found adding an espresso to a latte machiato resulted in just about the strength of a normal cafe creme / latte.

The staff were excellent! So friendly and kind, very helpful with suggestions on places to eat. The lobby was great with a comfy outdoor space and bar. Coffee and water was always available. A cute note was left on our bed upon arrival with some welcome gifts. Bed was comfortable. Location was great, right by the main streets with lots of cafes and restaurants. Also very close to Promenade des Anglais. There’s also a delicious boulangerie across the street from the hotel that we stopped in every morning for coffee and pain au chocolat.

The room is on the smaller side, not too much space for luggage.

Lovely reception staff. Easy to find and easy to get to. The room was a decent size and all was clean. Good value for money and a great stay.

The room's lighting was a bit odd, there wasn't a main light. Which would've been fine in Summer but in the Winter it was a little dark and felt a little too dimmed. The breakfast felt a little bit unorganised - I went a bit later towards the end of the period and there was nothing left and nothing replenished. Maybe that's on me but it was also only a selection of some cheeses/hams and some bread and some pastries, nothing special and nothing seemingly specially French/Nicoise ? Also there was a lack of cups and the staff were too busy to be able to flag down and ask them where they were so you could get a drink. Only a bit sad about the breakfast , which you could just go out and get, otherwise the rest of the stay was great

Location was great, staff were lovely, bedroom had everything you need. Coffee and water 24/7.

Not the fault of the hotel in the main (I want that to be clear) but breakfast is in a state by 9.30am. We then skipped it for most of our stay but went early on the last day which was lovely. So my tip is to go early if you don't want people touching all the fruit, bread and pastries and then putting them back, kids shoving spoons in all the jams and spreads, people coughing on everything, dirty bowls and just a general mess.

The staff was very accommodating and tried to meet any request or need we had. The first night our room was on the front of the hotel directly over the entrance. While I fully expect some street noise, it was excessive. The garbage trucks came and emptied bins full of bottles from 1:30-2am and then all the delivery of market supplies, etc to surrounding shops began between 4:30-5am. We requested a change of rooms and the hotel was able to accommodate that which was most appreciated. The terrace and common area were very nice and the access to filtered drinking water and a great, free coffee machine was lovely. The location was convenient to the Promenade and pedestrian areas.

The rooms were quite warm even in April. It was fine with the window open but the street noise in our first room was bad enough with the window closed, downright horrible with it open. The noise has nothing to do with anything the hotel could control, but I would definitely request a room on the backside overlooking the terrace if at all possible with a future stay.

Centrally located hotel, 1 minute from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, 5 minutes from the tram and from Place Masséna. There is a grocery store opposite and a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, and there are plenty of other cafés and restaurants nearby. The furnishing and design are really nice and new. Also the bed is comfy and the room is quiet even though the hotel is located in the city center. The staff is extremely kind and helpful in all matters. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's great that there is always coffee and tea in the lounge, as well as cakes in the afternoon. I warmly recommend this accommodation.

The elevator was sometimes a bit tired :) and didn't want to work for a while ;). Luckily there are stairs too.

Omg nice people working there. Look for Saloua she is lile an angel. I got sick she even took me to hospital herself. Tobias also cute as a button full of energy. Other girls and boys working there also super nice and friendly. We were suppose to only stay for 4 days end up extended again and again and stayed for 8 days. I cant possibly discribe how nice is the hotel. Free coffee sparkeling wafer all day and juice. Breakfast is also sooo good. Oh also the hotel partnered beach ia also amazing!

Wish i had more time there

Everything! Location, decor, staff, communal area. It was a fab place to stay. It was my daughter's birthday while we were there and the staff made a huge fuss of her. The ladies at reception had a big greeting and smiles for us every time we came by. They were so warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel seen. The location is ideal. Nice restaurants, a park and the promenade are a few steps away. The hop on, hop off bus stop is really close too. Would highly recommend.

Our family room was a little bit cramped but with so much right on your doorstep, we were only in the room to sleep.

Centrally located, we could not fault this hotel. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Room was lovely. Breakfast was ok too, with lots to choose from. Throughout the day we were allowed to help ourselves to teas/coffees/hot chocolate and pastries . Nice little added bonus.

Little bit noisy outside, but not the hotels fault. Just might be worth asking for a room that isn’t close to the front of the hotel if you are light sleeper.
