This was our second visit we originally booked for four nights but extended our stay by another 2 nights. If you are looking for a quiet relaxed holiday this in our opinion is ideal we spent our evenings in small square at front of the hotel watching locals playing boules also short stroll down to river front to relax and watch the world go by also plenty of shops bars cathedrals and restaurants in walking distance. We will most definitely be returning on our next road trip through France

Can’t think of anything other than no kettle in the rooms this was not a problem though as we took our own…we never take a breakfast when staying in hotels so am unable to comment quality of this

Location is excellent for a short stay. The room is basic but everything works, even has a bath. There is parking but it is limited and a little tight if all the spaces are taken. The breakfast is very nice, and available from 7 am which is great if you need to get away fast.

Room was hot (July) and no aircon. Clearly overall the place needs money spent and can't claim to be luxury, but in my opinion as a stop over hotel close to the city centre it is perfectly fine.

Excellent location. Parking important. Friendly reception.No extra charge for small dog. Clean. Good breakfast.

Good size room. But electric convector heater not up to heating it. Extra blankets would have been welcome - we were cold in the night. A bath with shower attachment and abundant hot water but no bracket to attach the shower attachment to the wall, and no shower curtain.

The staff was so friendly to guide us to the underground parking, which we wouldn’t have found by ourselves. The family room we got was big, comfy and quiet, and there was a lift from the carpark up to our level. We could see the tower of the church from the window! The bathroom was big with bath and bidet. The old town was reachable in a few minutes by foot. There was a good continental breakfast in an astonishing, big room with a big fireplace - in former times it was maybe the kitchens.

One plug more in the room would have been nice, so that more phones could be charged at the same time. And a small table or shelf or something similar in the bath to put our various washbags on would make it just perfect.

It was quiet and they have a place to store our bikes. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was better than most just be sure to let her know you are there so she can bring out the pastries.

The WiFi was a bit weak and the shower had no curtain but we made do.

Free parking. Great value for money and very clean. The staff were helpful and spoke some English.

It was looking a little tired and could do with a bit of modernising but this still would not stop us from returning if passing through.

Price, parking (on site available, street parking outside is easy, and it is perfectly placed for a walk along the river, or the main eateries. Just very very easy. Breakfast was fine. It's plenty good enough and its great advantage is its location.

Clearly the place needs investment, but then they'd probably charge double.

Very convenient location.

No plug for the bath. A means of attaching the shower head at head height (not difficult or expensive) would enable a shower. Controls on electric heaters not easy to understand (but they work well).

Very clean crispy sheets. Extremely good location, very central in the old Orleans town. I will stay again definitely. Pets friendly and free, I was traveling with my 2 large dogs.

No kettle to boil water to have “my coffee” first think in the morning. I was expecting to park in the accommodation car park, but it was full all of the time. The good thing is there was cheap and easy parking in the square where the hotel is placed (Not really cheap parking, but at the time of our arrival, the parking was then free until the morning (pay until 6 pm in the afternoon and in the morning from 9 am)

Very friendly reception, helpful staff. Close to town center and restaurants.

The room was a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was very basic (French style) but sufficient for me.
