First and foremost, the hotel is located right opposite to the Gare du Nord (Paris North Train Station) and is surrounded by everything anyone will ever need during travel. The location is golden. The staff are quite nice, speak good English, are patient and very helpful. The building is decorated wonderfully and the rooms are amazingly large including the shower and toilet. It is a very spacious comfortable stay and they have a good sense of humor considering the housekeeping cards and decorations they have. They have a tagged baggage service in a secure room so you can comfortably leave your luggage there and do whatever you have to at the last minute. Finally, if your flight or train gets delayed, they have a nice lounge to stay a few hours and their wifi connection is quite strong. It might seem like paying 20 EUR approximately per night is high but the stay is worth it.

The area around the hotel feels rough at times but it is safe. The coffee can be better for sure. For a lot of people, the morning coffee is the big thing and having a bland watery coffee feels like a letdown for such a good hotel.

The room was cosy and perfectly big enough for one. The bathroom exceeded all expectations - it was really big by Parisian hotel standards, and was beautiful. My room was quiet, so quiet I slept till 10.30am one morning! The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The staff were very very nice and went to trouble to answer my queries and to help me. I couldn't have asked for more :)

I liked everything about this hotel! The price for a hotel right by the Gare du Nord is bound to be a bit more expensive than a hotel further away. But it was worth it for the total convenience when arriving and leaving from that station.

Room has sufficient space for 2 people travelling light (for a Parisian standard, more than ok!). I am a light sleeper and left a note when booking to be put in a room facing inner yard...and they delivered! I barely heard any noise and could sleep well during my entire stay. Our room was cleaned daily and wifi worked really well. Hotel is located right in front of Gare du Nord (hence, good access to public transports), has plenty options of restaurants/cafes/bistros and is close to supermarkets. All in all, we had a really pleasant stay at 25hours hotel, will be back for sure!

Staff was very polite and helpful. I would like to say special Thanks to Sasa who helped me a lot. Other staff members were also always ready to help. Minibar was free for 1 day which was added advantage. Orange flavored cookies were there in Minibar which I liked the most. At the time of checkout Sasa given me complementary cookies. They allowed me for late checkout. Location is very good. It is just opposite to trains station and metro is just outside the hotel.

Rooms were small but as all hotels in Paris have same problem so I was ok with it. Lighting in room was dim. As I was traveling for work, I have to do some work so I found light was insufficient. It was sunny days so after opening curtain, my problem got solved.

Lovely big room on the 3rd floor. Have stayed before . Clean, well presented. In fact much cleaner than before. Praise to the hardworking, polite, cleaning staff, impressive. Appreciated early check in. Comfortable beds. Good location to get across Paris and for Eurostar. Lovely breakfast but I did miss the champagne! I never had a lot but a Buck's Fizz on the last morning was my treat. A few other things missing too, like tahini. Nevermind, still the best croissants in Paris.

It pains me to say this but I found the area more depressing than before and the reception team seem to respond to the outside tension. I miss the happy, smiling receptionist and team who asked if we had been before and other welcoming questions. The only hotel on our trip where we found this.

This hotel is different from most "regular" hotels I know. For example, instead of the customary door sign "Please do not disturb/ Please make up the room" There is a booklet with maybe 20 options, quite amusing. The room was large and charming with this unique vibe. The location is excellent, just outside Gare du Nord, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The water pressure was low, so I did not enjoy my showers, which is quite disappointing for a hotel stay. Also, for some items, the hotel is generous; there is free coke and beer in the minibar. In something not quite so, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and the breakfast buffet was OK but not more than that and quite expensive.

The shear location, central to most sites and ideal when having travel via Eurostar, literally across the road from the station Breakfast was outstanding! Much selection amongst the continental options.

The fact that when we checked out, I was reliably informed that the account was settled, paid up in full and nothing owed. Since arriving back in the UK my registered credit card was charged for the amount of £28.13. Tried reaching out to the hotel for an explanation to no avail. Checked within the original booking and cannot identify why I would've been charged this amount?

We stayed for 3 nights at this modern hotel with its own style. The room was spacious and very well put together with a large comfortable bed and a huge sofa. A special shout out to the staff who were helpful and gracious. We were traveling through Europe by train and this location was excellent as it’s right in front of Gare Du Nord and a short walk from Gare De Est. Easy connectivity to all major attractions and places. If you land up early or have to leave later the hotel has a left luggage storage facility right next to the reception. P.S. Unfortunately we missed out on the in house restaurant and bar so no comments, however we did pass through and they were full. However we did go to the restaurant with the same name next door. Worth trying.

Nothing to dislike

I had a room tucked away behind 2 doors - 322 - really liked it and it was so spacious. The decor was funky, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. It also had charging ports built in - wonderful. The location was great - opposite the railway station. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choice - excellent. Loved the "sitting room" with the typewriters and the quiet room for laptops and tablets with outlets and power.

It took a couple of minutes to confirm that I had paid for breakfast in my room rate - that information should have been in your system already.

We had heard a lot about this chain of hotel as it has its presence in many cities, the hotel has an excellent location, loved the playful vibrant vibe, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

I had heard that the rooms are supposed to be cozy, but the size of a double room is relatively small even though the management has tried to make the best use of the available space, there is not much place to walk around specially if there are suitcases/bags present in the room, and I felt that the rooms could offer a basic water kettle/ cups, sachets etc. if not a coffee machine, this is available in the most lower category hotels also which don't have high tariffs (although must mention the staff arranged for a kettle on request)
