We booked this room last minute when our eurostar was cancelled and we needed two nights emergency accommodation. It was across the road from the Gare Du Nord so very convenient. Rooms were quiet and dark, beds were comfy and shower was great. Breakfast was also very good. We stayed over NYE and got complimentary champagne provided in the lobby and chocolates on check out. All in all we had a good stay.

The location was super convenient to the metro and train. The staff was extremely friendly! We loved our adjoining rooms as a family of four giving us ample space and two bathrooms which is super helpful. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Our kids loved the ping pong table and foosball table in the lobby. My kids also liked the complimentary hot chocolate from the coffee machine. It was also very quiet despite being in a happening part of town. Lovely place!

We did not get the breakfast since the cost was quite high for a family of four and there was a pastry place close by where we could get something for everyone for the price of one person at the hotel.

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff in the reception. Helpful and solution minded. We felt extremely welcome and were greeted with free hot drinks and given the room early. Very nice bathroom products (Nexus), super comfortable beds and good quality pillows, convenient with a boiler in the room, a nice variety of quality teas, a mini fridge, windows that we could open, wood floors, security in the elevator, nice entrance with gas fire place and soccer match on, possibility to choose music. Good breakfast variety with good quality mini croissants and pain au chocolat, fruit and baguette, several cheeses, a variety of eggs, pancakes (2 types). I forgot something in the room, it was found and put in reception to be collected. I chose the location because it was close to Gare du Nord. It was easy to find.

This location is quite close to both Gard du Nord and Gare de L'est. This is convenient for train travel, but unfortunately this area does not feel safe in the evening. Poverty, mental illness and people living in the street is around you all the time. Nothing happened to us, but I did not feel safe to go out on my own late at night or early in the morning. The coffee machine uses milk powder instead of real milk.

Hotel was in an excellent location, just a two minute walk from Gare du Nord station meaning all areas of Paris are easily accessible. Charles de Gaulle airport is roughly 35 minutes by train at a cost of €11.45. Tourist areas such as Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montemarte are a short distance using the metro at a cost of €2.10. Hotel itself is lovely with all the facilities you need and very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the reception desk is monitored 24 hours. There are facilities for making tea and coffee in the room but barista style coffee is available to all guests all day in the lobby at no extra cost. Breakfast was lovely and available until 10:30am. Not very busy which was nice but excellent variety at breakfast with something for everyone. Small details such as free tea and coffee in the lobby, newspapers daily, free tea, coffee and water in the room heighten the experience. Overall, excellent stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.

The staff was exceptional. The staff that checked us in were fantastic. They were friendly and they offered us some great suggestions on off-the-beaten-path sites to see and where to eat. The Breakfast was fantastic. Loved that we could get coffee even tea and hot chocolate any time of day. Great Location close (walking distance) to Gare Du Nord and Gare l'Est train stations.

The first night there was something happening in the street that went on for almost half the night. Was a little worried it would happen for the rest of our stay but the next 2 nights that we stayed were pretty quiet.

Great facilities, Loved the downstairs space and garden area to look out on. Very clean. Fabulous breakfast. Coffee machine was a nice touch (just didn't realise we could use it).

The receptionist on duty when we arrived could have made more of an effort to meet me half way with the language, instead of trying to make me speak mainly French to him. As a result, I didn't realise some of the things were available such as the free coffee machine downstairs for guests. As is so often the case, not all of the light fittings were functioning in the room, though most were.

Breakfast was amazing, had everything for all tastes. Very close to metro station. Next door to a grocery store and fast food that are both open until late at night (around 2 am from what I remember). Breakfast area was great, even has a open air area. Free tea and coffe 24/7 were also a nice touch. Bed was big, matress and pillow were comfortable.

This is not to scare anyone off, just to give a heads up. We loved the hotel and it would be our first choice when coming back to Paris. But, for solo travelers, women groups, anyone not used or not in the mood for a sketchy neighborhood, you might want to take note on the following: The only downside to this hotel in my opinion would be the people around this area. Lots of shady people, more than I've seen anywhere else in Paris. Approaching the hotel on foot from Notre Dame via Bd de Strasbourg at 9pm we felt like the area is slowly turning into something that resembles Los Angeles's Skid Row (almost). Only way to avoid them would be to reach the hotel before sunset or use a taxi. Bus and metro won't save you since they are lurking even in the surrounding metro stations.

About 100metres from major rail station and many places to eat. Small supermarket just around the corner. Staff at the front desk extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was okay but just outside of Gare du Nord station it is dirty, smelly (urine), gangs of youths and older persons (all males) are confronting to tourists. Be careful as they are up to no good. This needs a massive clean up by whoever wants to take responsibility for the mess. If you are not a smoker then eating outside at any cafe is a big no because they still allow it at food areas so you will not enjoy it.

The quality of service was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. For us, the key factors when visiting Paris are the location and the soundproofing of the hotel, and this property exceeded our expectations. It provided the best stay we could have hoped for in the city. The staff, particularly Ian, was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated between Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord, in a lively and vibrant neighborhood. Despite being in such an energetic area, the soundproofed and light-proofed rooms offered a tranquil and restful environment. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Staying at this little quirky hotel was perfect. Excellent facilities for a wheelchair user, remarkably close to Gare Du Nord - easy walking / rolling distance, and close to the excellent wheelchair friendly buses. Great decor, comfortable beds, easy shower, wonderful breakfast, free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating. Charlotte, who may be the manager there, organised a taxi for us to the airport for our flight to USA, and all the staff were wonderful and friendly and charming. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone stay there. It was also very quiet for a busy location, excellent glazing on the windows. It was a great pleasure to stay there and we wished we could have stayed much longer.

The only challenge was the threshold into the room needed a run up or assisted push with the lower wheels on my electric wheelchair as it was a little high and had a hi ridge rather than a slope. Similar to the first entrance to the front door of the hotel. The elevators are a little on the small side but there are two, and the staff happily helped with the huge amount of luggage we travelled with.
