Great room! Very good size with plenty of space to walk around. Closet with full length mirrors, desk area to put all of our stuff and a couple chairs. Clean!! We were pleasantly surprised by the room! Triple room for 3 adults. Location was good - super close to St. Lazare train station, which is what we wanted for some day trips we were doing. But also walkable to other metro stations, and we walked to Montmarte. Also some restaurants in the area, which was nice as well. Also front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Nothing!

The staff were friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Our room (a triple) had plenty of space for 3, was clean, had comfy beds, plenty of outlets, and a huge bathroom. The breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced. The location was great. The AC was wonderful. The area felt safe.

The bathtub was hard to get in and out of for us older people.

Brilliant location. The hotel is very light, airy and punches well above its 3 stars. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room very generous for Parisian standards. The staff very so friendly and helpful offering lots of good advice and tips. I would certainly stay here again any time.

Nice small hotel, clean room, many good food nearby, good location, very convenient, not too far from the Eurostar station though always quite heavy traffic. So reserve adequate time if you don't want to miss the train.

WiFi is super weak on my room that forced me to switch on roaming which is expensive. They tried to fix the WiFi signal but doesn't improve. Interestingly you can't switch on the aircon in your room. You need to call them to switch on at the front desk. I didn't put any valuables in my room, but it seems too easy to get the key from the front desk. It's a potential security loophole. I would suggest they do more serious verification of the guests identity before passing the key to the guests.

Very convenient location: right across the street from St Lazare Station, and close to a boulangerie and restaurants. Just need to note that one would need to walk a bit farther inside the station for some metro lines. The staff were all very polite and helpful. No problem using English there. The room was clean and of a good size. Although we had a first floor room facing the street, we could only hear occasional noise (not so loud) from the street. Check out time is 12 noon, which is later than most hotels. When we checked out, the lady asked if we needed to leave our luggage there without our asking first.

Wifi was not good in some parts of the room. And we had to move from one spot to another to find a good spot.

FRONT DESK: Front desk were always friendly and helpful. Particularly on our departure day, we had a very early flight to catch and the buses weren't running as expected and the gentleman at the front helped us call a taxi immediately and we made our flight - we really appreciated his patience and help! ROOM: lots of storage available in shelves or closets with lots of hangers for our clothes, sink has a nice big counter. LOCATION: <5 minute walk to nearby metro station Gare St Lazare, easily connects to the rest of Paris, but yet the street feels quiet

The whole staff is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. The hotel is very neat and clean. They offer breakfast for an additional cost. Very well located. There are amazing cafes and a variety of dining options at walking distance. Minutes from St. Lazare train station and several subway stations. The surrounding streets are full of shops and stores for different types of budgets. Something worth sharing, we had an issue with a purchase we made at a shop in the area exactly the night before our departure. Both the evening and the morning staff were very helpful and empathetic. They went above and beyond in helping us to solve the issue. Shout out to Omar, Aurelie and all the staff involved assisting us with the problem. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

Very good stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel again as the cleanliness was very good as well as its location, just a minute walk from Saint-Lazare station. Large bed, but the room felt spacious, due to the good room layout, the brightness coming from the two large beaultiful windows and the good-sized wardrobe. Staff was also very good. Good value for money.

It is not a negative, just a suggestion for adjustment. The room had a minibar that offered several drinks (to pay) making it full, which consequently left almost no space for us to use it. I choose rooms with this type of convenience, as I always use it for water, sweets, etc. Perhaps they could have a refrigerator at reception to continue offering beverage service, while also making space in the minibars to provide more convenient services to guests.

The personnel was very helpful and kind, and the room, shower, towels, linen is very clean. The location is great close by the Galeries Lafayette and Saint Lazare station and Sacre Coeur. Furthermore sufficient metro stations (some 5) close by the hotel. I like the breakfast a lot it was well supplied with coffee, tea and sandwiches etc., and much more then a tradition French Petit Dejeuner. The hotel has a nice and modern entry and there is a nice waiting/relax room and it looks quite recently renovated in a modern appealing style. The service the hotel delivers is very good, so very advisable to stay there. Definitely Recommended !

There was one issue: Our room (107) was noisy, it was probably located at the separation wall of a neighbor house where hard house or techno music was played and we heard heavy basses on the days that we stayed. I tried to find out where the noise came from, but could not locate it. It was not caused by other guestrooms, so I presume it was generated by the neighbor's. We were most of the time out so did not complain at the reception about this.

Found this hotel based on review's when planning my first trip to Paris . Truly great place to stay: very clean rooms, comfortable beds, exceptional location. Anything you wish for is either walking distance or 20 minutes bus/metro ride. Restaurants, shops, train and buses are within 5-20 minutes distance. Absolutely recommend to stay there. Should I visit Paris again- my first choice.

You can slightly feel subway passing underneath, but it doesn’t bother at night and it seems to be a common for city’s with metro.
