Room was very clean, good sound-proofing (we were on the ground floor near reception but heard very little). Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows, towels and robes high quality and both a kettle and coffee machine that was replenished daily. As a trip to celebrate a special occasion the Hotel left us a courtesy bottle of bubbles which was very much appreciated. Tea and treats late afternoon daily was also a lovely option whilst planning the next day's activities. The free Wifi was very good and the staff welcoming.

The "patio with inner courtyard view" wasn't quite what we were expecting as a very small area with 2 stools and a solid wall - no view. Whilst a disabled access room, which we knew on booking, I was a little surprised by the height of the towel rail, as whilst not an issue for us might be problematic for any wheelchair user. Some additional shelfing in the bathroom might be helpful for personal toiletries but a very minor point.

Love everything about this incredible gem hotel. As a returned guest, I feel even greater appreciation for all of this hotel offers! The room is so lovely, spacious (esp. in Paris concept), clean, well facilitated.. AND let's not forget how wonderful their staff team are - I got to talk to some of them, what a lovely lovely group of people working in a lovely property! I even heard the owner of the hotel is very nice too! How heartwarming to hear that.... Special mention and appreciation to their lovely front desk gentlemen team: Raphael, Alfredo, Nicolas, Samir, for your excellent assistance and most importantly, your beautiful energy and heart! It made a great difference to my stay - je vous remercie!

The front desk manager was brilliant. He was friendly, fulfilled our request for additional pillows and checked in to see if we liked our room. The room was clean and well decorated. It had everything for morning coffee. The hotel was super convenient to restaurants and to St. Lazare train station where we needed to go early in the morning.

We had a handicap room. Not my favourite, but it was still very nice. We were on the ground floor near reception, but it was quiet as there was a long hallway in the entry of the room.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They help me with my way around Paris. My room was big and beautiful. The location was good within 15 to 20 minutes to the best top sights in Paris.

Well ,the street outside of the Hotel were very bad, due to construction,which made it very difficult to walk around with your luggage..

Well presented, perhaps recently renovated. Bedroom good size, bright and comfy.

Only downside was very small size of the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (same issue for our friends in their room)

The Hotel is well located and surrounded with everything I need. The Gym is just across the street, a few supermarkets are close to the Hotel, as well as metro station Liege. So one have all prerequisites for enjoyable staying in Paris. Rooms are clean, but not so spacious, beds are excellent. I have to praise the staff who is very friendly oriented, kind and ready to help.

I can non assert anything what annoyed or disappointed me. Only what was poor is the Hotel s Gym.

After a disappointing experience at the originally booked hotel, we changed the hotel in the hope that we will find something right in this category of hotel and at that price. This hotel did not disappoint us providing everything we needed. Well located, clean, modern room with a terrace on a small inner courtyard, exceptional staff, good breakfast in the chic lounge overlooking the street. Thank you!

The room was very clean, well organized. The location is perfect for what we needed as a couple, plenty of trendy spots to have food right around the corner.

I know it's normal to have small room in Paris, and it was not a problem for us as a couple with light luggage honestly. Just know that the room is very, very small, even for Paris standard. The bathroom is tiny, the shower works great but spills water on the floor.
