Great location, on Metro Line 13 (stop Place de Clichy)? Easy access from airport. Supermarket & Pharmacy below. Used the weekly Navigo which we pre-purchased on-line & used on phone, so easy. We loved all food places, if you walk towards Église Saint-Jean de Montmartre, lovely little spot, lots of choice for food. Be careful going down for breakfast, we suspect our room was accessed while away & believe small amounts of notes left in a small bum bag was taken, foolish on our part, but unsettling knowing someone had been in our things. That’s Paris!

I especially liked the breakfast which offered a lot of choices (coffee, scrambled eggs, joghurt, orange juice, cheese etc.) friendly staff great location and metro connections I'd come again :-)

the hotel is located right next to Place de Clichy, a nice place with bars, restaurants and a cinema; it can of course be a little noisy at night (depending on the location of your room)

Hotel has a great location near the metro station and walking distance to Montmartre and other central locations. Room was clean and matched the pictures when booking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Noise from the street was minimal although any savvy traveller should always pack earplugs in my opinion! Good range of shops, food outlets and bars near the hotel including small supermarket next door.

Room was quite small - but this is common at the price point around Paris and not specific to the hotel. Heard some noise from the neighbouring room through the partition wall but unlikely to be too bothersome unless a light sleeper.

We visited for olympic games. Ideally for direct Metro line to Stade de France and also to Place de la Concorde. Also close to Galery La Fayette. For other destinations like city centre, Louvre, Eiffel Tower with one interchange. Room not big but enough space, with good windows for noise reduction, air con Breakfast was nothing soecial but good for 11 Euro. Reception 24 hours and very nice and helpful. Supermarket next door (until 9:30 PM)

Shower was ok, however water preasure could have been higher. For me no issue but some might have with the very small elevator

The hotel is located in Montmarte neighbourhood, which is most beautiful part of Paris.( for me ;) Less than 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes walk to Basilica Secre-Coeur. Metro in front of the hotel, easy access to every part of Paris. Cosy, clean, quiet hotel, our room was facing the street, but the windows must have such a great isolation that there was no noise at all at night. Very comfortable beds, and pillows, clean, modern bathroom. A room had a balcony facing the main street with a lovely view. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Loved every aspect of the stay.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was absolutely superb. The metro and bus stops only 2 minutes away. Besides, you can get to central Paris and attractions in 15 minutes. There are restaurants and supermarket literally around the corner. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room we stayed was the deluxe bedroom and it was extremely comfortable. I read some comments about the lift. It is very tiny and probably the smallest lift I have ever seen. However, I found this very unique based on how the traditional French building was built. Personally I have no problem with this at all. I will definitely come back again next time and I would highly recommend to anyone who wanna come for Paris for a long weekend like we do because the price was very reasonable for a 3 stars hotel in this location!

Beds were very, very comfortable. Room and linens were spotlessly clean and the bathroom was a reasonable size for an independent Paris hotel. Reception staff were lovely and very accomodating. Fantastic location. Room was suprisingly quiet given the hotel is partially situated on a very busy road. Really appreciated that we were able to store bags for a short time after we'd checked out. We didn't take up the in-house breakfast option but that room was also very clean. We were thankful for the lift, albeit tiny, as the winding stairs would have been tricky to haul heavy suitcases up and down!

Front entrance, public area halls and stairs seemed rundown and grubby, so we didn't get a reassuring first impression upon our arrival to the hotel. Cleaning staff we met over our stay were always grumpy - a shame as they're so essential to the customer service experience. The lift after the ground level actually stops between floors so you do need to haul your luggage up or down some stairs to get it into the rooms - wasn't an issue for us, but it would be a problem if you're not able to carry your suitcases easily.

Excellent location with ease of access to majority of the sights. Montmarte is at the doorstep and Place de la Concorde just a 30 minute walk. Metro station right beside the hotel for things further afield including the Stade de France (just 7 stops) for those travelling for sport. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating at all times of the day and night. Despite being in a busy location, the bedrooms were all really quiet.

The only thing we didn't like was that the WiFi was fairly slow and that the TV remote didn't work (but in fairness, we never noted this to reception as we didn't need the TV).

If you are in Paris for a short stay and looking for a very clean, comfortable, warm and centrally located hotel then this is a great option. The staff especially the 2 ladies at the reception and the butlers were very professional and welcoming.. I had an issue with the date of my booking which they patiently helped to immediately resolve with booking.com even though it had nothing to do with them. So many nice restaurants around to choose from Metro and bus station is a minute walk. Bed was so soft and sheets clean. Bathroom very clean too

I loved everything

The room was light and of a good size for the price, considering it was central Paris. The windows blocked ALL of the outside noise, which was brilliant. Room was dark at night, bed was comfortable and shower clean and warm. Hotel reception staff were lovely, very helpful and with excellent English.

The reception area/lift is extremely small like a closet! It's not suitable for socializing or if you need more than a place to sleep. Definitely not somewhere for less physically abled people / wheelchair users.
