The location was amazing, it couldn’t be better! The stuff was also really nice and the room was very clean!!

There were just a couple of things that I noticed: first of all there was no iron in the room, and I could only get it by going to the reception, which was not really convenient as I lived some floors above. And also water in mini bar was 3€ per small bottle. Of course the snacks and additional beverages can be for extra charge, but water??

Comfortable

There was no smoked salmon for breakfast. The coffee machine in the room was broken and did not produce water. I reported it for repair for two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic and asked me to go to the kitchen restaurant to get boiled water every day instead of repairing it. This is a small pity.

The location is just perfect. There are more metro stations nearby, good restaurants and shops for food. It is really the city centre with many sights. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean and well-equipped.

Basically I liked the hotel a lot. If I have to tell things for improvement I would say that a coat hook could be somewhere at the entrance, and the breakfast was fine but I would appreciate some vegetables.

I like everything about this location. Location is perfect, clean, staff very friendly and they are very helpful with all kind of information.

Breakfast was great and a big convenience so we didn't have to scramble around looking at expensive restaurants everyday! Location was very central to all things like shopping, transit, sights to see

Hotel was very small (lobby very tiny) and no private place to be outside ( we smoke and would've enjoyed an outdoor courtyard or terrace). We had to smoke on the sidewalk with much foot traffic from the adjacent bars and restaurants. This is ok except sometimes, when you're tired after a long day or first thing in the morning while wearing your jammies it's kind of exposing

The staff were so friendly. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names. At the time of check in, our room was not yet ready. However, when the reception lady noticed the i was alone with my little child, she immediately upgrade my room to a ready room. It was so kind and meaningful to me. On second day, I got my self with a strange problem. The man in the reception provides me with a great support, comfort me to not panic and solve my problem. The location was perfect abd safe. The room was clean and good space (for paris hotel). I will definitely stay again in Daunou Opera hotel in my next trip to paris.

Rooms are very nice with lovely furnishings and modern bathrooms. We had family interconnecting rooms which worked really well and gave us lots of space and two bathrooms. Beds very comfortable and huge. Showers and aircon worked very well. Rooms exceptionally clean. 12noon check out made such a difference on our departure. Staff really friendly and helpful. When I left my earbuds in room Pauline kindly organised to post to my home address. Great location lots of lovely cafes/ restaurants nearby and not too noisy.

We we're on first floor and could hear water coming down pipes everytime people in rooms above flushed the toilet but overall quiet during the night. No free water in room(3 euros if you want one)

Walid provided exceptional customer service during our stay. One of our padlocks got stuck and making it impossible for us to access our packed luggage (which would’ve been a disaster). Walid went above and beyond to ensure that our suitcase was opened that evening. It was very late but Walid was determined and incredibly resourceful. He was proactive, sourced the appropriate tools and after a good 30 minutes of hard work, successfully removed our defective padlock. Throughout the extremely stressful situation, Walid was so kind and patient with us, he is a fantastic asset to your hotel and I would stay at the Daunou Opera again simply because of him! Thanks again, Walid. You’re a lifesaver!

The hotel was very comfortable. It is fairly compact but very clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Sound proof rooms and all amenities available in the room. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the main areas especially shopping.

The lobby can be slightly bigger to accommodate some seating areas as well
