Usually I don't write the reviews, but just had to make an exception this time :). I stayed in the hotel with my son and wife in Aug '23, in a triple room on 1st floor. We all easily agreed that this has been our best city break experience so far. Everything related to this hotel simply exceeded out expectations, The location is just excellent, right in the middle of Boulevard de Clichy, just across The Moulin Rouge and metro station. Before the trip we had our doubts related to staying at Paris red light district, but we quickly figured out that we were wrong. All the time during our stay we felt very safe, even during the evenings and nights. Sure, there are some sex shops and strip bars, but you should just treat them as part of the history of this place. The boulevard and neighboring streets are crowded with bars and restaurants which are full of tourists and young people having fun, but we couldn't here any of the noise in our room. The room was not spacious but also definitely not cramped, and it had everything that you may wish for. It had three large, single beds which were very comfortable, and was equipped with huge smart TV, fridge, safe, coffee maker, excellent Wi-Fi, and even a wireless phone charger. Bathroom was comfortable and clean, with a shower and hair dryer. The room and the whole hotel were very clean and tidy, bed sheets being changed daily. Initially, we didn't plan to have breakfast at the hotel, but we decided to try it out on the first morning and were pleasantly surprised, so we decided to keep having it for the rest of our stay. I won't go into much details, but just say that it was delicious, probably the best option that you can find around. Finally, I have to mention the hotel staff which were all very pleasant and eager to help us in any way they could (they didn't hesitate to speak English with us, which is sadly not always the case in France). Overall, the hotel is simply 10/10.

The hotel elevator is probably the smallest one that you will ever encounter in your life. It literally has enough space just for one person and a suitcase :). This didn't really bother us since we were on the 1st floor, but I assume that it could be a problem if you are staying in one of the top floors (3rd or higher).

Location is fairly close to all major sightseeing areas, if you do not mind a walk of +- 2-3 km. Hotel was close to Moulin Rouge, which was great if you do wish to see any shows there, and also have a lot of restaurants and coffee shops close by, as well as souvenir shops and supermarkets. Friendly staff. Perfect if you staying for 1-3 nights

It can be noisy, the streets are filled with many people and taxis, which if you prefer an early night, might not be best. It is literally a room with bathroom, so if you are looking for bigger spaces, would not recommend. It was also quite warm, I tried switching off the heater, but when I got back after exploring, the room was really warm again.

I would like to express my gratitude to the service of this hotel. The friendly receptionist was ready to help 24/7. I was with the child for 5 days and we are happy. An attentive administrator gave my child educational games. I would like to note the following advantages: Rooms are cleaned every day, delicious and healthy breakfasts, coffee and pastries are freely available at any time. The weather was cool and we could turn on the heater in our room according to our comfort preference. This is important because in April the central heating in most hotels is already turned off. Everything worked well in the bathroom, plenty of clean towels. There is a small elevator to lift heavy suitcases into the room. I know these are basic things, but I have often encountered similar inconveniences in other hotels. Our apartment also had the opportunity to go out onto a small balcony. It was a real Parisian location for a photo shoot. A very beautiful view of a street in the center of Paris. Very close location to several metro stations. There are many places to eat in the area within walking distance. Here is my honest review of this nice place.

The only negative point that needs to be taken into account is that the windows are authentic, not metal-plastic, so the noise level from the street is quite high. The child and I were not very sensitive to this, since we walked a lot, got tired and quickly fell asleep.

We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade. This was great. The room was big enough for us. The location was great, almost directly across from the Moulin Rouge, which was the main reason we booked there. Within a short walk of the hotel are many restaurants and bars and if you're keen to walk up the hill, Sacre Coeur isnt too far away. The staff were lovely as well.

The rooms are ok, a bit dated but look like they have been repainted. The biggest thing we didnt like, was there wasn't an air conditioner. It was quite hot when we stayed so trying to keep the room cool was difficult. Also, the bed was way too soft for me. But, all in all, we were satisfied with our room and the staff were lovely.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is straight across the road from Moulin Rouge. The bus and Metro have stops across the road also. 30 minutes into the Effiel tower, Lourve, etc. Monmarte and the Sacre-Coeur are a 10 minute walk away where you will find loads of restaurants, bars, and cafes The rooms were just what we needed. A comfortable bed and shower/bath. They are not a bad size, enough room for 2 people and cases. There is a coffee machine in the hotel breakfast area, with all drinks from the machine free for guests, free bottled water is provided too. The staff were great, and Mohamed was especially helpful. We will be staying again at this hotel next time we visit Paris

The hotel is located right across the Moulin Rouge, just a couple of minutes away from a metro station and offering a good connection to CDG airport via metro and train. Keep in mind that the area tends go get a bit noisy, but using some earplugs will help to get a good night's sleep. Good restaurants and cafes are just a walk away. The room was clean and spacious enough, with a comfy bed and good pillows. Better lighting would be a plus, as the room felt a bit dark at times. Mini fridge available. The bathroom was fine, although some of the fixtures could use a slight improvement. Breakfast was also available. They do offer the same products every day, but they were of good quality, with delicious and fresh pastry and good coffee. Tiny elevator, barely fitting two people and their small luggage. Service was friendly and helpful.

Great location vis-a-vis Moulin Rouge between 2 different metro stations. 3 or 4 different bus numbers nearby. You can communicate easilly whole city. Safe at night. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Breakfasts are good.

I liked everything. Maybe apart of the smell in the elevator :) It's noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks so it may bother some people.

Free coffee in reception. Size of room was good with a large window that was above the outside area of the breakfast room. Small fridge. Room 125 was bright airy. The 2 Single beds were comfy too. Room was cleaned daily. Very good cleaner. Opposite Moulin Rouge. Only 4 stops on blue line M12 from Gard Du Nord. A few hundred yards from Sacre Coure. We also walked to Arc De Triomphe which took 35 mins then down Champs To Concorde & Louvre.

The bathroom! Drains smelled, the fan didn't work and recp said it was being fixed... the ceiling suggested it hadn't worked in a long time. The hairdryer ... omg intermittent.. please take your own. Over bath shower which was good to be fair. Walls are super thin ... take earplugs (they do provide them also). We were told upon check in the lift is not to be used as only takes 1 small person ... request a lower floor is you have heavy luggage. Some staff are really nice and helpful.

Hôtel was almost directly across the street from Moulin Rouge (we had tickets to the show) but the hotel put us on the opposite side so that it would be quieter. Also, we arrived at about 10:00 AM, much too early for check in. We asked about holding our luggage so we could make the trek to Sacre Coeur. Instead, the hotel just checked us in early (which they did not have to do!) since they happened to have a room ready. Very kind! Also, nice breakfast in the morning at an affordable price - fresh croissants and plenty of everything.

The cleanliness here is really top-notch, not just on the surface but even under the bed where I stored some bags – no dust at all. Even though I booked last minute for work in Paris, the quality for the price was way better than I expected. The staff was super nice throughout my stay, making it not just comfy but also memorable. They really care about making guests happy. I loved that there's a bathtub – it was clean too! The bathroom was huge, and that made a big difference. The location is great, just a short walk to the metro and public transport. The room isn't huge, but it's just right for someone traveling solo. Especially if you like having a spacious bathroom – that part was really awesome. All in all, I had a fantastic stay – clean, friendly, and convenient. For this price, it’s exceptional.

The water pressure in the bathroom is quite low. It's okay if you're filling the bathtub, but for a shower, it can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless, the other positive qualities make up for this inconvenience. If you're sensitive to outside sounds, it's a good idea to have earplugs handy. I brought them based on some comments I read before booking, but in reality, it wasn't as bothersome as some people claimed. (Maybe they're not accustomed to city living and are more used to quieter rural environments.)
