Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and very kindly spoke English with us. They were also able to lend us some travel adaptors which we hadn't thought to buy as our stay was relatively short. Hotel is will situated near restaurants in Bercy Village (and metro station) and a quick walk (~10min) to Accor Arena. Breakfast was great also - a range of pastries, cold meats/cheese, cereal/yoghurt and sausages/eggs/beans.

Rooms were small but adequate. Beds were a little hard for my personal preference.

Amazing breakfast and a convenient location (nearby bus, metro, and many restaurants). Overall you get what you pay for.

Separate beds are not really separate (sigle beds right next to each other without a possibility to move them). Bathrooms could use some more maintenance and accessories. Rooms are quite small (however that was expected at this price range). These are all just details tho, overall we've been pretty much satisfied.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a comfortable lobby with a bar. The triple room was not large but contained the necessary amenities, including coffee and tea. It was very clean. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the metro stop. Many pubs and restaurants nearby, and there is something for everyone. Right next to the hotel is a shop. You can have breakfast at the hotel but also in Bercy Village just by the underground exit there are places offering baguettes with jam, coffee, and omelettes. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, including two beautiful parks that you can walk through while walking to the Mitterrand Library across the Seine. This location is a great starting point, well connected for exploring Paris every day.

Everything was ok, the price a bit high.

I had read a lot of negative reviews about this place but they don't deserve them - it's in a great location across the road from Bercy village (great restaurants) and metro,, staff are lovely, very helpful and had a laugh with them playing fuzzball in lobby. Beds are smallish but perfectly adequate and comfortable, and the bar is nice and quiet, which is nice after a busy day. Big bonus : Josephine Baker pool is only a short walk away and is 3.50 to swim in an outdoor pool overlooking the Seine....can't get better than that...!

I did spot the 'resident' mouse on our first night but I'd say its common enough in bust cities. Window was damaged when we arrived nut quickly fixed. No real issues, maybe go a bit cheaper on breakfast...€20 per adult is a little steep..

The room was nice and clean. I tried the breakfast once, it was better than you get in the nearby restaurants, though they didn't have refills for cheese, at the time I came I couldn't find vegetables - don't know if they got - however, there was a frozen yogurt machine !!! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro station down the street. It is easy to come and go, grocery store at the corner and a great bakery nearby.

The room was a bit small, and so was the shower, the hot water wasn't stable. I lack a small fridge. I found it disturbing that they charged me for a full-price breakfast 10 minutes before they closed, and didn't warn me about it.

The staff speaks English and the hotel was easy to find from the flixbus station. There's a grocery store open late right down the street as well which was great. We had to unexpectedly stay for another night in Paris and chose to come back to this hotel since we knew it was safe and clean.

The shower is small and on a raised platform that was a bit difficult for me to navigate with my poor mobility. My mom also had a bit of difficulty and she's able bodied and small.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to Metro Station Saint Emilion. In addition near the hotel their is Bercy village, a really amazing village filled with shops like sephora, lindt... and a lot of restaurants. So we were spending the day doing touristic attractions and at night we were trying each day a restaurant in the village. The staff in the hotel were friendly and supportive. The room was clean, not super spacious for 3 people in the same room but its okay because the location was really convenient for us. Certainly we recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable place , even though a budget hotel, breakfast spread was amazing, even for Vegetarians. Very courteous and helpful reception staff.

Whilst we had paid extra Euro 14 for a guest breakfast on 03Jul24, my daughter in Room 317 was denied breakfast, with restaurant staff on duty telling her , 2 people already had breakfast, which was not the case. As the guest was paid for against Room 316. This lady staff was very rude. You can check your payments on 03Jul24 for Euro14 paid for guest breakfast in Cash.

Friendly front desk, iron provided, room with small balcony. Very close to the subway station, the surrounding environment is very friendly, and there is a very good French restaurant in the food court at an affordable price

The room card is stupid, you just touch it with your phone and you need to register again Sometimes the elevator stops at a certain floor for no apparent reason. The room is small and the central air conditioner is a little bit noisy (45db) Apart from the equipment, the rest is very good, nothing obvious for the price

Nice and quiet hotel at a convenient location (only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station). Room was clean, beds were comfy. A wide selection at the breakfast, there were lots of options from the local cuisine which was really great. One of the small but significant things in the room was the coffee maker which we really appreciated.

The room was quite small for two people. The gym would really need some more equipment (which would be a bare minimum for a hotel gym).
