Reception was open until late. They gave our kids a games bag plus board games for them to play at reception. Free refills of water and very comfortable beds. Very clean. 15 mins walk from Gare de Lyon and opposite a metro station taking you straight to the Eiffel Tower. Nice breakfast place next door if you need.

Right in front of the Metro station so it was easy to go anywhere in Paris quickly for any tourist attraction within 20-30 minutes. Rooms are a good size for Paris; I have stayed at more central locations with barely enough space to move, so these rooms could even be considered spacious. Nuxe brand toiletries for the shower were nice. Book themed rooms for its proximity to the National Library (Bibliotheque). Location was great for morning runs right along Seine towards Notre Dame.

You do have to take the metro as it is slightly far from most of the attractions. But this location makes the hotel more affordable than the central locations and it is still in a safe area, as a family we felt safe coming back from our trips at midnight in the metro to the hotel.

Good Location for the Bercy Arena - The Metro is opposite 1 min walk if that , The Hotel is Cosey , the staff are very friendly and helpful , good lift service straight from reception . The rooms we had were very clean , showers were very good , air con was fantastic . Rooms were cleaned Dailey , breakfast was a 9 out of 10 . Internet is very good and free

We had to pay three times the average price to stop 4 nights ( Due to Olympics ) so value for money was poor . Car park is underground and holds approximately Severn cars dependent on size . ( But very safe and secure )

This is a really nice, well priced hotel. The facilities are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel rooms are quiet and warm, and the bathroom is clean. This is the third time I have stayed here and would return here whenever I am in Paris. FYI it is also next to a subway station and a delicious restaurant (external to the hotel itself).

If you are walking back at night you might feel a little uncomfortable next to the metro stop, but I have never felt worried there. It depends on the individual.

Location is really convenient; 2 minutes walk to supermarket, 1 min to train station, you can also walk along the Sena easily from there. The staff was really welcoming and nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Recommend the food from the Bar/Restaurant as well. There is a nice Kebab place which is always open.

I don't have any complaints. Everything was nice and as expected. Prices are a bit high, but lets be honest, in Paris the prices are always high. I think it was fair for the quality and service provided.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was top notch, a lot to choose from and very delicious, We were very happy that we took breakfast included. Although the size of the bathroom was rather small, we did get a bathtub and not just a shower, that was surely a plus. A big plus was the metro station precisely in front of the hotel, from which you could reach all the important places.

The room was rather small but we weren't really there for staying in the hotel room, so it's really a minor, insignificant point.

Breakfasts was a nice touch in the morning with fresh made coffee to order, with a selection of breads, cheeses and hams. Continental breakfast at it's finest. Location is right next to the hotel and a short work to Bercy village via the river and across some stunning bridges, we also managed to walk to Notre Dame from the hotel which is one road over the bridge which took 30 minutes. The room for Paris was on the large side, very modern and house keeping kept the room fresh and clean for when we returned after a long day.

The hotel was beautiful, fantastic location (near Djoon) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has undergone a renovation and everything is new. It's even got that new carpet smell. We had an issue with the air con and this was dealt with immediately and effectively. They even discounted one breakfast from our bill for the inconvenience. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond and we can't wait to return. There's also a lovely restaurant on the corner that I'd really recommend.

Very clean room, not very spacious but enough for a couple. We stayed in Privilege Double Room with Terrace so if weather permits, try to book that. Awesome location, subway across the street from hotel and it's about 7 min ride to city centre. Staff is very nice! They accommodated all of our requests, such as iron and ironing board - they brought right to the room after 1 min I called reception. Other we were able to leave our luggage on our last day after check out for 4 hours without any problems. all linens were super clean and smelled nice and fresh. We didn't ask for cleaning, as we only stayed 3 nights.

i wish the bed could be wider, it's listed as a large double bed but it felt like just double, not like queen size. Drainage in the shower.

Exceptionally easy to commute in Paris, right in front of metro/train. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. We were a group of 8, 2 families 4 rooms they had thought in advance to reserve for us rooms on the same floor and very close to each other so we can be near our children. Breakfast was super good with the great variety of food, tea, coffee. Small, practical and value for money hotel.

Not any particular thing , generally we were satisfied.
