I'll start with our arrival. We arrived very very early around 9 am as we had an early flight arrival. The staff were very accommodating. They could not obviously give us our room yet but took our luggage and stored it in a room behind the check in desk and offered to email me as soon as the room was ready. Which they did around 1:30 pm. The hotel is a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower within 25 minutes. The walk to the Louvre was much longer at 45 minutes but we are walkers so it was fine. Uber was extremely reasonable just FYI. We used it to go back to the hotel a few times. The room was small but perfectly fine for our needs. I love that there is an elevator. Some smaller hotels in older buildings do not have this. The room and bathroom were very clean. We opted to not have them clean the room during our short stay so I can't comment on that. We didn't have breakfast either so no comment on that. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel emailed me a list of their recommendations prior to arrival. We did go to one of them which was less than a minute walk from the hotel. Very good food. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it is very quiet.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't care for at this hotel. I'm struggling to find a negative comment. Actually the only thing we hated was the half glass door in the shower as water got all over the floor but to be fair pretty much every hotel I have stayed in for the past 5 years seem to have this feature.

The location is perfect, very close to cafes and bus stops and metro station. The room was clean. Though small, I think it was still better than other places we stayed in the past. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the food at their restaurant. It's 10 minutes walk from Triumph the arch and 5 min walk + 7 minutes bud ride to Eiffel Tower. One gets the view of Eiffel Tower from the next street.

The night we were staying, the false fire alarm in the middle of the night scared the hell out of us...

The view was stunning, I chose the city view, the bed extremely comfortable but the best? The position and the staff!! It’s literally two steps from the arc du triomphe! And the staff, especially Angela, was superb! Angela was friendly, gave me recommendations, helped me with the luggage, she was absolutely a pleasure to meet! And the other people I met as well, extremely nice, welcoming, friendly. I really felt looked after! Also beautiful view on the traditional parisienne cafe! The room also was delicious!!!

I liked everything

I exceptionally loved the location of the hotel. While it was close enough to all the important landmarks (5 mins away from the Arc de Triomphe, 10 mins away from the Eiffel tower), it was also quiet and private enough an area to enjoy a quaint escape away from the bustling side. We had a balcony rooftop room which gave us a nice Eiffel top view, and a wonderful view of the streets below which had a lovely cafe, CAFE BELLOY which we patronized on a cold and rainy night where we had the most wonderful hot cup of vanilla milk and hot chocolate accompanied with frommage pizza. Our room was comfortable and cosy, with a superbly clean bathroom. Loved everything about our stay, truly. And the service counter would greet us nicely every single time we came back or left the hotel. Thank you for the memories!!

I stayed here for a short business trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is very easy to contact with them and appreciated their quick response. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to most of the places you want to see in Paris. The cleaning staff responds immediately if you have any request. I can say that the rooms with balcony are more beautiful. It adds a different ambiance to the stay in Paris. The hotel lobby has a warm and sweet atmosphere. The quality of the internet connection was quite nice.

Location it’s the best near the Champs-elysees , Arc de Triomphe and you have small shops and cafes 🍽️ all around you. I liked the value I got from the price.

Most of the staff were great and nice but there is one was not that welcoming and little bit cold. He didn’t welcome as the host/ receptionist. Also there is a chemical used for cleaning has a bad odor it’s like vinegar. I came to the same hotel in 2021 and I thought it would be changed.

The staff was great and personable! Before selling the left overs, it seemed considerate to permit others to grab something. The staff immediately let me know they could split the bed the next day.

It seemed after the first day of putting out left overs, it stopped because I took advantage and instead the left overs were taken for sale. If you knew I had not purchased breakfast, and I took some of the left overs placed in a public area, you should have offered them to me even if at a reduced price. I did not like the seeming inability to split the beds because I arrived late that night when communication should have secured the desire before I arrived.

Fantastic location, in the middle of everything whilst still being quiet and non-touristy. Eiffel tower and Champs-Elysse were only a 10 minute walk. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Maybe do breakfast as complimentary. Made no difference to us as we used the bakery around the corner. Fresh croissants every day!

We enjoyed the spacious rooms that were available at this hotel. If you’ve been to Paris most accommodations are very small (that is the norm) these were bigger than most. The A/C was a nice touch as well as it was very very warm the past few days in Paris. The location is in between Arc De Triomphe and Trocadéro (Eiffel Tower) the metro locations were within a few blocks.

The only issue with our room in particular was the bed, the middle sank and the edges were raised. It seemed as though there was no support underneath the mattress. It caused us both back pain and anytime either of us moved, it made the other person move as well.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was small, but efficient and clean. The location was fabulous. Literally 8 minute walk to the Arc di Triomphe. Breakfast was okay. We only got it once. Would stay here again!
