Very friendly warm welcome. The hotel looks brand new and is nicely decorated. The room was very clean and convenient. Nice high quality products in the bathroom (occidental) In the common sitting room, we set to play cards and got a glass of delicious champagne, the, coffee, water en Coca Cola for free! Great good quality breakfast, with smoked salmon, fresh fruits, eggs, cheeses, ….. and croissants

The hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to a metro with lots of bars, restaurants and nice shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lovely touches such as macarons in our room on arrival, a free Prosecco voucher and sweets on Valentine’s Day. The aesthetic at the hotel was modern. Sample L’Occataine products were provided such as shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ hand cream which were lovely

The only downside was a very small bathroom but everything else was perfect

We loved everything about this property but we especially loved the staff. Alessandra was a standout for her assistance with so many things. The young girl with long light brown hair was also incredibly lovely to deal with. They were so welcoming and helpful after a long day of travel to get there. The breakfast area is in a small but bright area and offers a lovely selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel is situated in THE best area of Montmartre which has so many wonderful places to visit on foot or catch the nearby metro for travel further afield. We walked to The Louvre and to Musee D’Orsay which was a long walk but we through a very pleasant area to get there. So much to see and do in Montmatre and I can’t imagine staying anywhere but Hôtel des Arts Montmatre when we return next.

We loved EVERYTHING about this place.

This was our second stay at Hôtel des Artes and once again it was fabulous!!! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the attention to detail is fabulous, the complementary afternoon drinks and snacks are a wonderful touch but, for me, it's all about the staff, they are just incredible!! They are all warm, friendly and can't do enough for you, they go out of their way to make your stay in their hotel the best it can be. I hope this place never changes!!!

Just the same as the last time we stayed, there the only thing we didn't like was having to leave!!

This is a beautiful lovingly taken care of little hotel. There are creative touches everywhere you look, art references and delightful designs. It is extremely clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and kind. By the end they felt like family. It is close to several metro stops and a good place to be able to go anywhere from. Van Gogh’s apartment is right around the corner. That was enough for me!

It was New Year’s week and there were a lot of tour groups and generally lots of people on the streets. If you get up early it’s ok though. Kind of like everywhere we went.

Perfect location, very nice staff, pleasant interrior. Breakfast available for additional price, but we decided to go to places around. I wish we stayed for longer period to enjoy the Montmartre better with it's fantastic views and booked the show at Moulin Rouge, but we will definitely come back to complete the experience. It's close to the subway and bus stations, so you can get to the other touristic places with ease. There is space downstairs, where you can sit, maybe even work. Free coffee, juice, cakes was a nice bonus :) Christian was very welcoming, thanks for being very nice and making our experience better.

We booked the simplest room, so our room wasn't spacy, which should be typical for cities like Paris, windows were facing small inner yard, so it felt like there was almost no window. Still better than nothing, as we did not plan to stay in the hotel during day. If you plan on staying in during the day, it may be better to consider bigger rooms.

We traveled from London by train and arrived at Gare du Nord, followed by an easy metro transfer that took us to Blanche station. The first thing we saw as we came up the metro stairs was the iconic Moulin Rouge. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from this station. 💫The entrance is lovely and cozy, and the reception staff are very attentive, polite, and informative. 💫The room is spacious for a Paris hotel, very clean, and tastefully decorated with charming curtain choices. Water, a kettle, tea, and coffee are provided and, unlike in some other hotels, these are replenished daily. You can also take as much still and sparkling water as you like for free from the breakfast room downstairs. 💫The bathroom was spotlessly clean and serviced daily, with L’Occitane toiletries provided. Daily room cleaning kept everything fresh. 💫With the metro station so close, exploring all of Paris was incredibly convenient. 💫We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, as we wanted to try different places each day, so I can’t comment on that aspect. 💫A thoughtful touch was the small gift we received upon departure, which was a delightful gesture. 💫Our train was in the afternoon, and when we checked out, the reception staff kindly offered to store our luggage. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

This was the best hotel stay we have ever had. And we have stayed at a lot of places! The location and premises were great, of course: but it was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that really made this hotel a cut above. Staff made the atmosphere in the hotel friendly and welcoming. They did all that they could to ensure that we had what we need. And I appreciated the email to ask if there was anything that we needed the day after we arrived. So thoughtful! In addition, the details about the front desk staff in the check in area were really sweet. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I come to Paris!

Truly a hidden gem in the middle of Montmartre- very charming and right in the middle of the village. Loved the breakfast room, great professional coffee machine- and I’m picky about coffee- rooms are lovely. Comfortable beds, the staff is super friendly and helpful- the hotel is decorated beautifully. Great shower force, nice products in the bathroom. The macaroons were a nice welcome touch and i appreciated the parting gift of a cute bag and Eiffel Tower chotchky. The reviews lived up to the hype which is why i chose it in the first place- I was not disappointed!!! ♥️

I loved everything about this property

This hotel is a gem! Fantastic location in a very lovely part of Montmartre, beautiful exterior and interior, and the staff are very helpful and friendly - they go a long way to help you. We booked this hotel because of the location, pictures and stunning reviews - and the hotel really is exactly as the reviews say! Room 16 is a lovely, airy room with big windows. We enjoyed the view of a small sunny courtyard and the rooftops of Paris. We will come back.
