Very comfortable and clean, in a great location close to the river and the metro. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English Good restaurants nearby. An extra bonus the shower was excellent

The hotel is well located. Eiffel tower is very close by - walking distance, and everything is accessible from the location. The hotel itself is very clean and has friendly staff.

The room size is pretty small for the price and has very less lighting. Since the rooms are very dark based on the color scheme, they should have more lights. The chair in the room can be removed to provide more space to move around freely.

Perfect location for a visit to see tennis at Roland Garros, get a look at the Eiffel tower (2 km walk to both sites) and walk (or run) along the Seine. Quiet with a very good breakfast. Good restaurants (I visited two) very close. They apparently also have a SPA which I didn't have time to visit. I'll try next time when I come back for more of grand slam tennis.

I experienced nothing to complain about. But, if you need to work then the desk is quite small and the lighting is not excessive (although the WiFi is good, no problem with that).

Very friendly staff, good location and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel had a boutique type feel which was nice. The rooms were spacious for 2, they were clean, with lovely complimentary shower gels and a very comfy bed. The spa was a great little bonus and worth booking.

Nothing we didn’t like but our feedback is The bedroom could do with a mirror and the pool could do with a little lick of paint as it was showing some signs of wear and tear.

We chose this hotel due to its location to Roland Garros tennis and was about 30 minute walk to the event. We ate out at local restaurants and all excellent. Good location also for being a tourist in Paris. Just 10 minutes from the RER and 5 to the metro. Being just out of the town centre the location was nice and quiet.

The property is located excellent. Just down the road from the metro line. Beautiful restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel area. Short walk to the bridge with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower.

The first night despite the make the bedroom, they did not clean the room. Check in time is at 16:00 which is quite late but the staff assisted in trying to obtain an early check in.

The best part of the hotel is staff. They are so nice and engaging. I had pleasure engaging with staff members Romaric and Victoria, who were extremely useful. I am extremely grateful for their invaluable support during my staying. The hotel is very lucky to have them!!! They should be rewarded for their excellent service

The Spa was closed which was one reason we booked the hotel. Ran out of bacon every morning and finally replenished when we were finished!

I did not like that check-in was 4pm, but they been offering early check-in 2pm for extra money, that's like a joke. Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good, specially when you are traveling for work you don't have much time to go somewhere for the breakfast. Location of hotel was nice it was 3 mins walk from 72 bus station, and metro station, so you can easily access the most important attractions in Paris. It was really calm and quite place to have a good sleep.

Room was really small (Of course it's Paris), but was comfy overall. From the hotel images on Booking.com you can guess that there is Jacuzzi on the roof top, but in the fact you don't have access to it, it's only for suite apartments. WiFi in rooms was very slow, better to have high speed mobile internet to make your own HotSpot if you are planning to work.

The decor was fun and stylish. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room had nice amenities. We enjoyed the lounge and honor bar. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was much smaller than expected for the price. There was only one suitcase rack, so one of us had to use the chair as a suitcase rack. The bathroom was small, and one had to completely close the door to access the toilet because it was behind the open door. This arrangement meant that the door only opens about halfway and the L-shaped door handle extends into the doorway opening. I injured my arm TWICE on the protruding bathroom door handle causing a big bruise and bleeding. We also requested our room cleaned on only one day, but no one ever came to clean it, so we requested clean towels and extra T.P., but they came hours later, and they didn't take the old wet towels away with them. The charge to use the pool and hot tub was excessive, it should be free at these prices.
