A payment is taken for hold, but then you pay at the property again, and the hold is refunded. The payment at property was higher than the hold-payment. And I think the hotel manager was irritated with me, because I did not understand this concept. I would suggest that the hotel explain this in advance or just let the hotel staff tell me “you will receive your hold back, if not, come speak with us”

Excellent location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, bus, metro, boulangerie and shops. Had rooms available at short notice when transport issues meant a change of plan during the Olympics.

Spiral staircase up to the room and a skylight might not be for everyone.

I liked the location and the atmosphere. The room was small but had all the essentials.

The elevator was not efficient - sometimes had to wait for a long time.

The hotel is situated on an inside block away from the street (and noise), facing inner courtyard greenery between buildings. so it's both quiet and the window views are pleasant, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rue de Passy has lots of shops, bakeries, delis and a high end supermarket across the street. The rates are very reasonable, translating into good value and the staff (reception and cleaning) friendly and have worked there for a while with low turnover. The in-room breakfast service is great (hot chocolate, croissants and rolls, OJ, etc.) and there's also a dining area downstairs near reception.

The hotel is nested in a great location, with two station of the Métro at walking distance (Passy and Trocadero). The room was quiet, tidy and clean. The bed comfortable and the staff friendly. The sorrounding area is also lovely, with a supermarket right in front of the hotel and several shops. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, if I really need to point out something we didn't like, one morning we woke up a little later (9am) and we went for breakfast (served until 10) and eggs, cheese and some other things were not served. I have to add that on the other days all the food was present in the stations, and it was constantly refilled when running out.

The location is amazing! It's a clean and safe neighborhood. It was easy to travel to the rest of Paris by metro (walking distance to metro). I recommend this neighborhood for (solo) female travelers especially. The room was clean and cute, and has a window that opens. That is important to me and i'm happy i got to "air" my room. Very cute terrace also. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. She made me feel welcome. Her colleague, a male, he was helpful too. It's like a hidden gem in the middle of Paris! I will be definitly coming back 😊.

Helpful and professional team at reception. I booked accommodation only. Comfortable double bed ,good quality linen, room very clean, Facility to hang my clothes plus chest of drawers, tea making facilities and room quiet, Excellent location, good restaurants and shopping very close to the hotel.

Tv had no English speaking channels. Not a big issues as I was out most of the time

Its a 2 Star Hotel at the end of the day. The hotel is clean and quiet in a nice part (Passy) of Paris. In the same streets you have supermarkets, Restaurants, Cafés, Bakery and the Train and Bus Stop within a 10 Minutes convenient walk. The Eifel Tower is also in Walking Distance. We felt save and very comfortable in the hotel and the area and would definitely book this place again.

The only downside was the Wifi in our room not sure if it was the location of the room but this should be considered in 2024.

The location of the hotel is great! 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. 5 minutes to a metro station. The Rue de Passy has many shops and restaurants and even a grocery store across the street. The hotel is located off the street and was very quiet. We loved the breakfast which gave us everything we wanted including fresh fruit, eggs and meats every day, yogurts and cereals, fresh breads and croissants and pains au chocolat! We are definitely staying there again when we come back to Paris. Great location and quality for the price!

The location it really was perfect. Close to two metros. Walking distance to the Tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was always so friendly and the patios was shared and cool. Which was nice since it was so hot. I would stay here again. Just would request a lower floor, even by one flight. After long days about Paris the stairs were a bit rough but the hotel was great.

We were on the top floor(3 flights up) and the stairs were hard for me. And that we didn’t have an AC but that was mainly and issue because I think there was a heat way.
