We loved everything about The Hotel France d'Antin Opera. The location was great. Short stroll to lots of eateries but still nice and quiet. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was a great size room, lovely large doors which open up onto little balcony. The bed and pillows very comfy. The staff friendly and very helpful. We opt out of the daily room service but did have this done on once and it was perfect. They even vacuumed the carpet.

Everything was good. No complaints at all.

Location is perfect, walking distance to everything you need. I cannot talk highly enough about the staff at this hotel. They were so helpful from restaurant suggestions, must see/do, ordering taxis for us. Absolutely wonderful.

Everything! Very clean which is very important to us. Very cosy hotel with very welcoming staff especially Ines. She is such a lovely lady. She made sure that we had all what we need to make our stay comfortable.Thank you Ines 😊. Also there was the night shift gentleman, who was very helpful and sweet. Location wise it was perfect. Walking distance to most of all the important attractions in Paris. And mostly, gare de l’est.

Our only comment is the size of the room (at least the room we got - as the second room we have booked it was good in size). It was very small you can barely move. The toilet isn’t in the bathroom. It has its own door but it was way too small, there is noway to move around.

The property was well furnished, comfortable and very clean & tidy. All of the staff were very friendly and wanted to assist me in any way they could. It was everything I thought it was going to be but the rooms were bigger than I was expecting (what the pictures show) so that was great!

Honestly I haven’t really got anything negative to say, I was really happy with my stay. If I had to say something, it would be more English channels on the telly. It was Euro 2024 while I was in Paris and couldn’t find any of the football on telly, even the France game 😅

Great location. Close to Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, metros, 25mins walk to Montmatre area, and Louvre in other direction. Could not speak highly enough of the staff.. all were friendly and efficient, and went out of their way to help with anything you asked for. Would definitely consider staying there again, only in a bigger room.

Room was a bit on the small side. Bathroom - very tight and awkward. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting a restaurant onsite, but we were close to many, so it didn't really matter. AC didn't really work that well, so I wouldn't want to be in that room in summer!

I liked the fact that the room color scheme was lovely, it was high up with view over the quiet street, there was a ledge to sit out on, there was a bathtub, a good TV, not much noise from other guests, a den below street level with good exhaust and air con where you can take your breakfast to while watching the BBC news, and enjoying a cigarette after with your morning coffee. The elevator is tiny but fun to use, the staff assisted with anything you needed. There is a very attractive breakfast room with many nice things to fill up on, yogurts, cereals, fruit, juices, cappuccinos, fresh pastries and bread with 3 different jams and nice service from the attendant present. Is that enough info to encourage a visit? I hope so

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the day me and my son arrived earlier than check in time, room was not ready but the reception gentleman guided us downstairs to stay before the room was ready, as I was traveling with my 6 month old son, this was so helpful and so much appreciated. Also during stay, another hotel reception gentleman helped us to contact a doctor to come and check on my son in time. The hotel service was absolutely wonderful, hotel staff were extremely kind and nice, hotel location was great. The hotel room was super nice and clean, this is definitely the hotel that I would choose again and again when coming back to Paris.

Beautiful hotel in Paris. The location is excellent, in a lovely area near Palais Garnier, and close to all the restaurants and supermarkets in that area. The photos accurately show how the room looked. The hotel is very close to the metro

The only thing was that when we returned to the hotel room on one day (around 5pm) the room still had not been made up (towels not changed, bed not made etc) and we needed to ask for this to happen. This is a minor issue of course.

The location was very handy to the Opera area and metro lines but easy walking distance to so many large department stores and shops. The staff were truly exceptional. Nothing was ever too difficult and everything was with a smile. They made us feel totally relaxed and helped us with directions, taxis etc. The two person we dealt a lot with were at the service desk and the breakfast room. The two main people there They were so friendly and really caring. They spoke English exceptionally well and showed real interest in us

The room lighting could ideally have been better as no central ceiling light only two bedside lights and a pedestal lamp .

Great boutique hotel with very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are not super large but good for Paris standards and are well equipped. We stayed a week and were out most of the day so the room size did not matter. And still there was a little table with chair / desk / coffee machine etc. It was a great stay. Value for money and I would go back.
