The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and found we could easily walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what was needed to start the day. I previous reviews customers commented on the small lift but this is a small hotel, yes the lift is small but I was on the 5th floor and never had an issue accessing the lift immediately. We stayed at the end of September beginning of October renovations to floors 5 and 6 had just started and will bring these floors up to the standard of previously renovated floors. A pleasure to come home to at the end of a busy day, thankyou.

Hard to critise this hotel, the only thing I would say is that the breakfast room is small, we were told by staff that this room will also be part of the current renovations.

Hotel stuff are excellent, good communication, and good service! Before I go to the hotel, I asked a big favor to him, and the hotel stuff returned the e-mail to help us. It was amazing for us. So it is great response for everyone like sensitivity people about environment . Beautiful historical hotel. When you ride the elevator, you can travel back in time to the world of movies. A room is very clean and design of wall is beautiful art room I have ever experienced. When I asked the hotel stuff to give me hot water because I , he immidiately broght me a lot. Breakfast is great! Great service.

If a hotel have time to clean up veranda outside, it is better to look at it.

Location was great, we could walk to most places we wanted to go to. We felt very safe, front desk staff were friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it was quiet enough in the hotel during the night. Would definitely consider coming back again.

The lift is very small but we managed taking the stairs with our bags. The water pressure for the shower isn't great, it even shut off during my daughter's shower. But all in all we were very happy with our stay.

Located very conveniently at the center of the major tourist sites. Public transportation within a short walk. Staff was friendly and efficient. Facility is well maintained and renovation efforts are not intrusive.

Rooms could be better equipped with at least a kettle for tea and coffee. Had minor water issues. Water pressure is very low

I like how it was in the heart of pairs, so there's not a lot of time wasted commuting if you want to see the key points of the city. I also found the server during breakfast quite friendly. She was happy to assist me when I asked for more coffee, for example.

The room was not noise-isolated, so even if they built two doors ( which I thought would help), you could still hear the noise from outside your room (e.g. people closing their doors or taking the elevator).

Location is excellent. Very close to the centre and the metro stations. Staff were really friendly and helpful. desk open 24 hours, so always people to help with anything.

Nothing really. It is a very small Hotel, but you can't do much about that....the room was small, but functional. We used it as a place to sleep so that we could spend as much time as possible exploring Paris and it worked really well. If that is all you want from a Hotel at a reasonable price, I would say consider this hotel.

Location is wonderful, just in the very centre near the Opéra and not far from the Louvre. Staff very nice and kink, the room is a little small but there is everything you need, and it really calm.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room to have something hot to drink before sleeping. Otherwise, it has been a very nice staying and I recommend.

Very well located place booked at a very interesting price, staff was exceptionally friendly, room was comfortable and clean. AC was much appreciated in the summer heat. Would absolutely stay here again.

If i had to find something, i'd say the elevator sometimes gets blocked when guests don't shut the door properly, and warm water in the shower takes a long time to arrive.

The room, the bathroom, the elevator, the breakfast room are very small. The elevator could use some maintenance. The window faced the firewall, this was not mentioned when booking.

The staff are all friendly and helpful from the check in to check out. everything was seamless. The breakfast was reasonable for the price. The rooms were so quiet as my room was facing a small internal courtyard, so despite the hotel being centrally located, it is quiet.

You can hear the faint conversation from the next room due to the walls a but thin, but it did not greatly disturb me at all.
