My Mom and I had a great stay at Hotel La Bourbonnais in Paris. It was a 2 night stay , nevertheless quite satisfying. I booked the classic double room with a view of the Eiffel Tower only to arrive to an upgraded executive room with an awesome view of the Eiffel. The whole place is cozy, clean and our room very comfortable. Close to a lot of the restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Their staff were amazing, very helpful and went out of their way to ensure a hassle-free stay the moment we landed at the CDG airport and until we left for Chicago. So I would like to say thank you very much to all the hotel front desk staff for a very memorable stay and especially for my Mom. We will definitely come back here!!!

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and has a vintage touch to it. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really elegant. All in all, the stay was great

We got held up a bit at check in as the room was not ready. We had to wait till well after 3PM. The receptionist told us the room we will be getting is newly refurbished which was the case. They don't help much with parking but there is a parking space a small walk away. Since the room we got was newly designed, there is a bit of a smell coming from fresh paint maybe.

Such a nice hotel within 5 min walk to the eiffel tower from the back of the park. The tripple room was big with a big bathroom supplied free drinks and bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch.

They called taxis for me when I needed one. It was also close to metro. Fabulous breakfast. Very nice bed indeed. They upgraded me to a double for free after I had a very long wait to check in. The breakfast room by the window was a very nice place to start the day. Lovely to look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower.

One day, the maid did not come to my room until 3:15 to make it up and I had to call to get her to come then. She forgot to leave clean tea cups. I know they were busy with arrivals of new guests, but the service of my room was quite late in the schedule and that was inconvenient when I came back twice in the afternoon and the room was not ready.

location absolutely fantastic. Rooms look modern and stylish.

The bathroom seemed to have been designed by someone who had never used one before. Not enough storage space around the basin. Individual sink taps poorly positioned so our child (5) could only reach the (very) hot tap. Bathroom floor got soaked every time someone took a shower. Toilet roll kept falling off the holder onto the (wet) floor. The cleaning service was disappointing, they left dirty cups and didn’t refill water/minibar or tea/coffee. not really acceptable for a room costing £400 per night. Hotel bar quite sad. No barman on a Monday, the staff took ages to find simple orders. Not much better when barman was there, about half of the items crossed off the menu.

the front desk staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We were able to drop off our bags so we could explore Paris before we checked in. We also loved the location by the Eiffel Tower and upgraded our room to have a view from our balcony and it was better than we expected.

The room and bath was perfect for my husband and I, as well as our teenage son. Our daughter and her husband had a room close to ours. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bath were well appointed. It was so nice that each day there were bottles of water and some soda available and complimentary. I will definitely return to this excellent hotel.

Hotel La Bourdonnais is a beautifully decorated, quaint and welcoming place to stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and informative. I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from my balcony and the breakfast was sublime! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am looking forward to staying there again on my next business trip.

The curtains in my room did not fully block the light. This wasn't a problem for me on this occasion as I had to get up early anyway but I can see it being an issue on a future visit.

Hôtel de la Bourdonnais simply exceeded our expectations. We are family of 5. Staff were very welcome to organise rooms next to each other, organise the taxi from and to airport, when the taxi driver did not come in time for pick up, they actively communicate. Also the taxi to airport was organise cheaper then they promised. Single used towels for hands and face were free at reception (really useful when you have 3 smaller children as we do :), free water and softdrinks everyday in our room - just wonderful, umbrellas as well - those were the little things which made our days really pleasant. Very clean rooms and a lot of space and lovely beautiful breakfast. Room service was great as well. Very close to Eiffel tower, Invalides, grocery next door and Metro station is just around the corner. It was really really good stay and I know what I am saying as we travel quite a lot. Thank you for everything.

Everything is great in La Bourdonnais! It's the second time we stay in the Hotel. First time it was only my wife and me. Second time we went with our 2 kids. The hotel has a great breakfast, clean and good size bedrooms, a very helpful and kind team and has a very good location. It is a nice and quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Station École Militaire. And it's also close of some nice and good.local restaurants
