i liked the location, was reasonably close to the Eiffel tower, 15 minutes walking. close to restaurants. nice area, not busy. room was clean , staff are friendly. room is a bit small ( the usual in Europe)

I loved the decor of the hotel and room. The bathroom was phenomenal! The location can’t be beat! You may not have views of the Eiffel Tower from your room, but it doesn’t matter because it’s just a few steps away from the hotel. Also, there are plenty of food and drink options nearby! The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful and accommodating for anything we needed during our stay. The hotel was very clean! Definitely would stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here too!

The room was a little small, and we didn’t have a view. Those aren’t dealbreakers by any means, but I know those can be some things people look for when booking a play to stay. So I might as well mention it.

The staff were kind and caring towards us. They left us a beautiful handwritten note for our honeymoon. The location was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants and cafes, the train station and grocery store. They helped organise pick up and drop off, which all went smoothly. Would recommend this property.

The room was a little bit on the small side. With 2 large suitcases it was sometimes hard to find the space. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan so it gets very steamy very quickly.

Large room, very comfortable bed, outstandingly quiet. Good location about 5 minutes from Metro, and a little longer from some great restaurants and a superb food street.

I was warned that an emergency leak in the hotel meant that all water would be off from 11am to 5pm. Unfortunately this kept getting extended and extended in half hour increments until around 11pm. This was handled less well, though I accept the hotel was in the hands of the workmen. I felt that information could have been obtained and provided more reliably. It also took quite a robust complaint from me to elicit an atonement which was in the end quite generous.

I liked the location, it was walking distance to great restaurants and to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was very helpful and spoke really good English. We had a small breakfast in the morning with coffee and croissant, which was nice.

We stayed at the family room which was not super clean -couple of towels had stains on them, the hot tub was a little dirty and not very intuitive as to how to start.

Lovely area that is family friendly and with the Metro nearby, plenty of dining options, and a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, We were there during the recent civilian unrest and we experienced none of it. Seems like a serene, protected part of the city. Ideal for those traveling with children.

The elevator can only fit 2 people at a time, there were no temperature controls in the room (visited in March and would have liked to turn on the heat at night)

The hotel staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel interior is lovely, the room is clean and nice, there is always free coffee in the lobby and it was fun sitting on the room balcony (we didn't expect that and it was a nice addition). Breakfast is small but you get all you need and much cheaper and more diverse than the local cafes. It was a great solution for us after having breakfast once outside (as people who like to have a big breakfast). We traveled we a small dog, the staff was very friendly to her and there were no problems with that.

The room is super small, you don't have much space for your clothes and luggage. Also, luckily our dog is super small, but ever for her small bed and food bowls, there was barely a space. We didn't care much about that, but don't expect a spacious room.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff are helpful and competently make arrangements fir cars, etc. Our room was lovely with large windows that opened to Paris! The set up of the room was very comfortable. And location was perfect…walking to the Eiffel Tour, nearby parks and the market.

The hotel is at the great location, walkable to most sites and metro. Rooms are small but very clean and stylish. Good size for 2 people. Staff is really nice and helpful. We had a special request for 2 rooms and they happily helped us. We'll be back for sure.

pros— very clean and nicely maintained. proximity to Eiffel Tower, Invalides, place de Concorde and a convenient taxi / subway just outside. lots of restaurants nearby! the hotel beds were comfortable and bathrooms were swanky! the property is modern and we were very pleased with our stay. super friendly staff

we didn’t eat breakfast so no feedback. if you have an extra bed added to the room, the space is very tight :)
