The staff are friendly and attentive. I liked the staff who serve breakfast.

Terrible staff in the restaurant during dinner. The agreement of the hotel with the Fosca restaurant is a mistake. Since first of all the staff takes care of customers from the street. Waiting for ready meals can last up to 1.5 hours. Sometimes the ingredients of the finished dish differ from the description on the menu. Manager Mustafa is not attentive, not neat. We do not recommend dining at this restaurant.

This hotel is a great place to stay when travelling by train from Gare de Lyon. The place is impeccably clean, good size bedroom and a very comfortable bed - what else do you need? I cannot make any comments about breakfast as we didn't have one, but the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers.

The wallpaper in the room appeared somewhat old and could do with a bit of refurbishment, but it didn't affect my general view of the hotel - I still believe it's a great place for a short stay.

Staff friendly and patient with my broken French. They were also very accommodating and did not cast 'shame' when I had an "issue" with the toilet. Thank you. For me the colors in the room felt warm and inviting. It was a real treat having a bathtub!

The hotel is very helpfully situated opposite the Gare de Lyon, as promised, and is easy to find. The room was big enough for one, and had a tiny balcony outside as well. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly. They spoke excellent English. It has a lift, which is great for getting heavy suitcases up to the fifth floor; the lift is tiny, just about room for 2 people with cases, possibly four without. There is also a spiral staircase for walking back down. There are cafes right outside the hotel entrance.

The traffic! The traffic is constant, all day and all night, and everybody drives with one hand on the horn, so the noise is constant and very loud all night too.

We liked the warm welcome from Inais (spelling?) at reception when we arrived - he was absolutely lovely and very kind and patient. We enjoyed seeing him there each afternoon/evening. We also liked the staff in the restaurant who were all friendly and helpful, both at breakfast time and dinnertime. Also, our room was always spotless thanks to the housekeeper. The location was perfect 👌 for getting around Paris easily. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Very friendly staff. Comfy room. Good location as we were heading to south of France from Gare de Lyon. Had pizza in restaurant Fosca in hotel. Manager very helpful. Since checking out, I had to phone to check if I had left some jewellery and he was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very good with a great selection of items.

Not much to improve. Perhaps imagined hotel would have been more modern. Quite dark in bedroom as looked out on to back of other buildings.

The room was small, but clean and quiet as I requested, I supposed it's a small single room. Overall it's OK. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Location is very good with easy transportation.

The service in the hotel restaurant can be improved. Not very welcoming, started argue with me when I asked whether It can be charged to my hotel room, kept saying 'you have to pay' 'you have to pay '.......as if I did not want to pay, embarrassing, with other customers looking at me.

The room was very clean, spacious enough and had all the necessary amenities. Really great value for money. Although the traffic outside was quite noisy, the view of the main road and restaurants was worth it. The location is great for the main attractions in Paris and felt safe even late at night. Shout out to the front desk staff (and the candy)

The room is quiet and comfortable. The space in the room is fine for me. The window is big and nice. The location is very good. It is close to the center of Paris, and also next to the Gare de Lyon. It is also very convenient for us to travel to Lyon and Grenoble. The equipment in the room satisfied me. The staff there are also friendly. They are nice and helpful.

The wifi speed is ok. But I expect more faster.

The extra services - the friendly staff - beautiful breakfast - free coffee and tea as we had to wait a bit after check out for our train The hotel Is so lovely and well beyond what we expected - great location would happily recommend for a stay
