Located right by a Metro station - Severes Lecourbe - and walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides etc. Excellent room with first class shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Looks expensive but I think this is what you pay for a hotel which is with very easy reach of central Paris. It didn't take long to travel from/to Gare du Nord for Eurostar. Very good quality. Plenty of places to eat just a short walk up the road if you are not eating 'downtown.' Included great Italian style pizzas at a place called Nonnos in the next street.

Breakfast was NOT included in booking.com price and this was not mentioned at check-in. It was 15 Euros per person for a bit of bread, cheese and coffee. Very POOR value for money with eateries just up the road offering cooked food for this price. Don't get caught out on this one. The City Tax was charged up front when we arrived and the hotel should have been upfront that b'fast was also an extra.

The room was small but convenient and nicely decorated, there was everything u need and the air conditioner was very good. The staff was great

There was no hair conditioner and in the shower there was the rain shower head but no like adjustable shower head, you have to hold the shower head in your hands all the time and i never understand why hotels dont put the adjustable one , its not expensive and is way more convenient. And both shower heads need a nice scrub, they werent the cleanest but other than that the room was super clean.

two points we didn't like: 1- they have air conditioning but it doesn't work outside of summer (even though it's hot spring). We were very disappointed with that. 2- We paid for breakfast and when we started to serve ourselves (9AM) there was almost nothing left and the person in charge said there was no more replacement. (Breakfast ended at 11AM). I suggest taking it outside the hotel

The staffs were very friendly and good care. The room was very clean and the bed was super clean and comfortable, the room was so quiet with double-layered window even though the hotel was close to the subway station, so we could sleep very well, and the air conditioning was working so good. It was the best place to stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, and we left a sign asking to clean our room, but the room was not cleaned. But this is minor thing, maybe they were busy and forgot about that. Except the part, everything was perfect

Location wasn’t really that good. We was ok as we are walkers, however I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you are good walkers or at ease with travelling on the metro. It is located the same side of the river Sien at the Eiffel Tower but it’s about 30-40mins walk to get to the Eiffel Tower. The All other tourist attractions and main part of Paris are based on the other side of the river. If I ever went back to Paris, I would want to stay on the other side of the river!!

Very comfortable, quiet and well-located for access to the metro, buses and main tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. Plenty of natural light, good reading lamps.

Shower dripped constantly so had to keep bathroom door closed to get to sleep. Payed for a larger than standard room but the odd room layout meant paying the extra was probably a waste of money. Very limited number of English channels on TV

Great service the staff were helpful and informative when asks where to eat, how to use public transport, what to see it was great to have local knowledge when travelling. The bed was comfy, the room was modern and clean. Towels were superb large and luxury bath towels. Loved that in the lobby you can fill your own filtered water bottles saved us a ton. Location was great next to a train station we were able to travel easily around Paris.

Rooms are a bit small especially when travelling with suitcases, the breakfast was basic we opted out of breakfast. Price was high than what was provided wished room were a bit more affordable.

The hotel was very clean & nicely presented. The staff were very friendly & all spoke fantastic English. There was both an indoor & outdoor area for breakfast & a good selection of cold food, plenty to choose from. The hotel is opposite a train stop, so very easy for travel to any of the sights. There was a mini market/shop just around the corner for any food needs. The room looked lovely & modern. The rooms are advertised are soundproofed & I will agree we didn't hear anything from the other rooms. All in all, this was a nice hotel & we would stay here again. *We would Also recommend the Italian restaurant 'Nono's' just around the corner. I lovely meal & great service.*

The room was a little smaller than we had expected, considering we paid extra for a larger room. When the window was open, you couldn't get passed to get round the bed & everything had to be tucked under things (suitcase under the bed, bag under the shelves) in order to have space to the move around the room. That said, we were only there to sleep & it was more than adequate for that. There weren't many hangers in the wardrobe & although we did ask for some extra ones, they never arrived - we just doubled up clothes on the few there were. We only stayed for a few days, it may be an issue for those staying longer.

The hotel is just what we had hoped for. The staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The terrace was a great outdoor space. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Location was great, vibrant area with plenty of places to eat near by. Rooms were quiet day and night. Bed was huge with the best comfortable pillows. Would definitely return to Paris and would stay in Hotel Vic Eiffel again. Could not fault anything about our stay. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Staff was fab, pleasant, helpful, genuinely nice. Rare in Paris! Very clean rooms, toiletries, free fresh water bottles and refill station available for guests. Location, too. Like that the toilet is separate from the shower room.

Humidity a bit of an issue and the ventilation in the shower room and the toilet don't work well. Otherwise, central AC works well Pillows bit high for us, otherwise comfy.
