Room was very clean and neat with access to a cute French balcony. Comfortable beds. Very cool thing in room is lamp with wireless charger and speakers where you can play your own music. Usually I’m not impressed with breakfast in French hotels but here was good variety of choice- omlet/poached eggs/smoked salmon/bacon/hams/cheeses/pastry etc. If you travel by public transport- perfect location because metro station is across the street.

We have just checked out after a superb three night stay. It was fantastic - all the staff are very, very friendly. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room was perfect for us. The Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of everything you should see in Paris and there is a Metro Station directly opposite. The area is very safe.

Very clean and comfy hotel, great stay in Paris. The staff was so kind to offer us an upgrade free of charge, since my boyfriend is very tall and would not fit a regular room/bed. Plus: just a few steps away from the metro. Chapeau.

One of the highlights was being just a 25-minute walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower. It was amazing to stroll through the beautiful Parisian streets and take in the sights.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We were travelling for the Olympics and they had clearly planned for such guests as they had information on how to get to all the venues (and even little flags of our country laid out for us in the room!). The room size was fine but we were contacted in advance that only the smaller rooms were still available. Although they usually recommend these for 2-3 nights we found it perfect for our 6 night stay, and it was cleaned immaculately every day while we were out. The hotel also provided recommendations before our trip which came in very useful, especially when trying to find somewhere to eat near the hotel. The area didn't seem very touristy but it is well worth a bit of exploration, and is within walking distance of the major tourist sites.

Very good experience overall! Definitely excited expectations! There was enough space in the room for four and it was very clean. In fact the shower room was really spacious. The room even had two toilets for four which was great! Breakfast was good with many options, including pancakes for the children. Location was great, right next to the metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They provided advice both before and after our arrival (even after we left actually)!

It was great having the metro nearby but you could feel some vibrations. So not good if you are a very light sleeper. The only other odd issue was the parking. It was in a garage (but not a parking garage but an actual garage). Though it was odd, it worked fine.

The room was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The provided shampoo and lotion were excellent. Sarah at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us in many ways. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with croissants and water, and were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful letter and macarons as a gift in our room. The location was also excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future.

The breakfast was excellent; however, it is best to arrive early. When we requested refills of items like tomatoes, boiled eggs, and salmon, we were informed that they had run out. As a result, we felt compelled to wake up early to ensure we could enjoy a full breakfast.

Location was very good, subway is 1 min walk. Room was small but they already informed in advance and it was beyond the expectation. Amenities are top quality (Loccitane), there was nespresso machine in the room. They even put welcome macarons :) Breakfast was good, different cheeses, very fresh croissants and everything you may think for breakfast was available. The staff is amazing, so kind, always helping, especially the gentleman stays at night was very friendly and helpful. I strongly suggest this hotel, it is the best in value
