the location is absolutely the best. close to metro, Eiffel Tower literally in front of you, lots of bars and restaurants around and you can walk around Seine or take Lime to so many places. hotel is decent, it’s glory days have passed, but quite comfortable. the mister who is responsible for you luggage after check out is the nicest person ever with such a good energy! please remeber to tip him, I noticed nobody does and he sooo deserves it

the check in was bit unpleasant, staff on a arrogant side and I think the guy at front desk was just starting his hotel experience because it was just one mistake after another. strange thing - even thought my hotel and city tax were already payed in advance they were still insisting to have my credit card (I had no minibar in room) without giving any good reason for it - the lady next to him was even but rude about it giving me her face and rolling eyes.

Location was ideal

Staff member that checked us in was ignorant didn't say hi walked up took my passport and said nothing for 10mins while looking at computer 1st thing he said was my hotel number will not be back for this reason as customer service and customer communication is key in my work and obviously this member of staffs needs alot of training

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, a metro station (Bir-Hakim) and a train station to reach any landmark in Paris and Disneyland. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. Also, really crowded on some days and not too clean as a result. The room was a decent size, but cleanliness was not exceptional. Overall, although the hotel is fairly modern and quite stylish, it feels like carpeted areas and things like outer cushions etc. could do with a deep clean or a refresh.

Basic breakfast, crowded and not too clean breakfast area, overall cleanliness is questionable.

This hotel was in a very good place, so close to the Eiffel Tower. A Good breakfast to start the day and nibbles for the room were topped up daily including orange & apple juice. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower albeit only 2 3rds

No tea making facilities, being a Brit I love my cup of tea, and not everyone drinks coffee. At 7 am music sounded out around the hotel corridors, a bit annoying. The room was also in need of a freshen up. The shared entrance outside flooded, making it difficult with cases and getting in and out of taxis. We didn't get anything extra offered for being an Accor member except one complimentary drink

Paid for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the room we had was perfect!! Top floor looking straight at the Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable with the usual coffee, plus orange and apple juice each morning. I also requested the Love Box, roses, heart balloons, towel swans and Champagne. Perfect!! The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to the the Tower, the bus tours and the river boats. Breakfast was excellent too, everything you could want was available. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed to be a problem for them.

There wasn't anything that i was unhappy with, the hotel was excellent

The loaction of this hotel is amazing, very close to the Tower, we upgraded to High Floor and Eiffel Tower view, we arrived on Bastille Day, so we got to see the end of the Fireworks and Drone Light show from our Room. The Staff are amazing, and very friendly.

We knew the size of our room when we booked, however we really didn't appreciate how small the rooms were until we arrived, 2 adults with 2 full size cases, it was cramped. The Air Conditioning isn't the best, but managable. If this hotel was in another location, in probably would be classed as a budget hotel.

Perfect location if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable room.

Fair enough using paper cups over china cups, but it would be helpful to have more than one cup per person each day.  More coffee pods would have been nice and also the addition of milk. On the first night, the bar below let us use some of their milk for our coffee, which was nice. These should be basic additions considering the amount paid for this room.

I’m forever thankful to Jessica and Lherizze from the reception who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay so magical even though my husband was ill and unable to go outside as often as he should. These two lovely young ladies arranged to have the room decorated with festive balloons just to cheer us up. They helped me find the pharmacy even though it was Sunday. Their kindness and understanding to another human were exemplary. Sure, they only have to do their job, but they went above and beyond the call of duty anyway. That’s the human decency that we don’t find it often these days.

Booking.com apparently didn’t have all the information about the property when we booked. Restaurant weren’t open due to on going renovation. The in-room telephone system wasn’t working. To get breakfast room-service, I filled in the “door hanger” and dropped it off the night before. The breakfast was lovely and with sufficient amount of food and beverages. We generally went to the breakfast area most days. The food was delicious and plentiful but wasn’t extraordinary, perhaps we weren’t too picky. The room was a bit too small but we organized our belongings and put them in the closet to make room for walkways. I didn’t take the picture of the bathroom which was separated from the toilet. Again, I was not a picky person and believed that they were sufficient for our six night stay.

WE loved the location as the Eiffel Tower was a few blocks from our hotel. Plenty of taxis and the tour company pickup we used to go to Normandy was on the next corner. It was a very convenient location to access the Seine. We liked the cafe in the hotel. The food was very nice and had a good value for what was ordered. The breakfast was very nice. Loved the coffee. The hotel suited our needs for a short stay. Loved Paris and hope to visit again.
