The location of the hotel is really nice. It's in the very city center, but not in a main and noisy avenue. The staff is helpful and supportive.

The breakfast is very limited and the room where the breakfast is at is very small, only few people are able to eat there at the same time, and I didn't see an alternative for that (for example, something to take your breakfast to your room). The price is more expansive in comparison to nearby hotels.

The staff..specially ezos. I'm sure I spelt name incorrectly sorry The cleanliness..room was cleaned everyday Geat shower.. didn't expect shower and bath 2 sinks although not needed hugh bathroom

I would have liked plug for phone near bed Also sofa bed was not as comfortable as I hoped And because it was a bed bigger then double and sofa bed would have Been nice to have a little bit more space Wouldn't have minded smaller bathroom and bigger room However I understand everyone has diff preference Luckily ezos was able to lend us plug converter which was much Appreciated the one I got with me i was not able to plug on And he happily gave us plates for our takeaway and was just always Available..friendly staff with smiles I'm glad I stayed where I stayed :) first time in France am very happy.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lift and air conditioning broke for a day or two during our stay but they did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible during this time. None of which was their fault or they could do anything about and we could see they were doing everything possible to fix the problem ASAP. We loved the beautiful traditional look and feel of the whole hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Merci!

Location is good near the Eiffel tower, there's shops and nice restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean, but quite small. Staff was very helpful and nice. I liked the quality of the toiletries. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and felt safe. Wifi connection was good in our room.

Breakfast was quite expensive in relation to the selection. We had drinks from the minibar (4 drinks cost 5e/day), but once they brought only 2 bottles of water even it should have been 2 x water, 1 coke and 1 mineral water every day, so I recommend to check out those if you use minibar. You have to pay 5 euros whether you took 1 or 4 drinks/day.

The staff was the most enjoyable part of my trip. This was our first time in Paris and first time for my family to travel out of the US and they were very accommodating with a lot of interaction in a different language. The owner also met us at checkout and spent a good amount of time asking about our trip, our stay at his hotel and also asked the kids to share some stories about what they were experiencing. Location was perfect and it was very easy to get around to the main sites that everyone wants to see on a short 3-day visit to Paris.

I have asked all of my family members and honestly, everything was enjoyable, and they cannot think of anything to change about the visit and accommodations. It was a perfect trip, and we hope to visit again soon.

What an exceptional boutique hotel. Greeted with the most friendly of staff, who made us feel very welcomed, and explained everything to us clearly. Big smiles and bonjours whenever went by reception. Rooms are gorgeous, just as described, decent size for Paris, and very clean. Lovely spacious bathroom, with nice touches like the Hermes toiletries and Versace tiles. Very comfortable bed, and nice and quiet at night (we were there during Rugby world cup and although loud pub nearby, we couldnt hear them in our room). So close to La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle metro (like 2min walk!), and felt very safe in neighbourhood (came home nearly midnight during the week, and coming out of metro, multiple restaurants with lots of people about) - a bit quieter walking from Eiffel tower direction but walking on main roads was fine. Lots of food options nearby, and a great boulangerie across the main road. Supermarket just outside the metro. 5 minute walk to Parc du Champ with amazing views of the Eiffel tower, and about 12 min walk to the base. Very happy to stay here, loved walking around neighbourhood at parc du Champ on a Saturday morning. Gorgeous view of the Eiffel tower on the metro going towards Charles de Gaulle Etoile. We liked this quieter part of town compared to staying in the busier suburbs"

Just to be aware of, fthere is a primary school across the road, and the sound of dropping off children and school bell can be heard in the morning from just before 9am. Otherwise it is very quiet and peaceful area. Also, there is a lift but is tiny (fine for one person at a time with luggage). We didnt have prob with stairs otherwise, but to keep in mind for people with mobility issues

Nice area with good staff. Good place for the money

The walls are thin, and it was cold since the cleaning lady always put the ac to 20 degrees…

Everything was good, Staf was very Helpful and nice. Ask to see the Room before checking in, to Avoid any misunderstanding with the Staf, I want to change my Room and the Staf was super helpful without any complications. From my Experience with traveling, as long as the owner is running his own Business this means everything is Allright, so is the Staff very very Friendly with all people. I recommend this Hotel, But the Mangment need to reduce the prices from time to time mostly in Winter.

Everything was ok Recommended

Fantastic location, really smart and clean hotel with lovely decor. superior room was spacious with a very big bathroom, location was great for Eiffel Tower and metro access, some lovely bistros around the corner. highly recommend vin & maree seafood.

we were allocated a room which appeared to be in the middle of a family who had the majority of the floor between them. they treated it like they own apartment block and had zero respect for us. they were noisy and banging doors knocking until 12:30am and then again at 6:30/7am every day. we had little sleep and for £200+ a night I’d been expect to be coming back well rested and not exhausted, expect better clientele for the money. not the hotels fault exactly but should know better when allocating rooms putting us in between these people wasn’t fair and felt a waste of such an expensive stay for us, should have spent half and stayed at an ibis.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and kindness of all the staff in this hotel. The shampoo and other amenities were Hermes, so we felt luxury. Location was very good. About a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It was also a 2-3 minute walk to the metro station which can take us to the center of Paris. The neighborhood is very convenient with many restaurants and supermarkets.

Nothing in particular. If I had to say something, it would be that only one key existed. We had to go outside with the key to lock the room, so that was inconvenient.
