The room is very large and comfortable. Just two suggestions: for the two children beds, it would be better the option of a second double-bed or a bunk bed. Kids didn't like the second pull out bed. A larger closet will be more comfortable. The location is perfect, metro station is in front and a bus stop too. It is possible to reach most of the touristic places in 30 minutes. There are two supermarkets and different small but nice restaurants in 500 meters.

The rate/night looks a little bit priced. For a few days the breakfast area was too crowded and tables too closed one to the other, so it was difficult to sit and move around. Buffet offer could be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel with our family, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to travel to and from the main tourist destinations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shoutout to Mathilde, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her support and accommodating attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such attentive and thoughtful service, and Mathilde deserves all the praise. We highly recommend this Novotel to families and travelers looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We'll definitely be returning!

The surrounding areas have limited food options.

Excellent value, kind and helpful staff. Practical breakfast (the sausages were not to my taste though!) that was just right for my family. Good sized room. Metro right out the door, which makes it a lot easier at the end of a tiring day.

They did not have the integrated bathroom despite the request, so we had a separated toilet without a sink. It is a busy season after all, so not a problem. A little issue with the cleanliness with the room initially but the staff were professional and handled it well, which we really appreciated.

Over the years this has become my favorite hotel when I travel to Paris for work. Not the most central area but the hotel is clean, the room quiet and spacious, and the hotel staff excellent, in particular they always try their best to attend to my requests. Very appreciated.

I would prefer that credit card information not be entered/stored manually (see CNIL communication on this topic). The problem is that when entered manually the information can be stolen quite easily. Most hotels use a bank terminal which make transactions secure, and this hotel should do the same.

Spotless with all required IBU amenities. This hotel is pretty well located for those looking for a day out in beautiful Paris. The metro is right on the corner and will take you right to Saint LAZARE for an endless daily shopping. Sustainability is also taken into consideration by avoiding to provide plastic bottles and encouraging guests to use recycled cups. Just wonderful initiatives.

Was expecting more varieties for the breakfast and will give it an average score. Reception staffs will need more OJS trainings on how to handle and talk to guests.

The staffs are all pleasant and helpful. They provide all the required information especially they know you are a tourist. The location is great, it has restaurants to choose from in case you want to dine out late at night. Carrefour is also within the area, just 5mins walk which is very convenient! We can grab all our grocery needs at any time! Plus the great part is that this hotel is right next to a metro station! (Porte De Vannes) We commute everyday in a very affordable manner and tour around Paris like locals do. I will definitely book again in this hotel! (Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis even if we don't request for it. Amazing!)

The room is exactly pictured on the images. Very spacious and it has got 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It has ample space and the toilet is large with a bathtub and a standing shower. It is equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It has got railings to hang clothes, 2 tv, a table and chair, safe, and lots of cupboards. They have a small corner in the lobby for children with games, books and a smart play table. My children loved it.

The toilet was really high. Not like normal toilets. My children struggled to sit on it. There was a speck of dust on the kitchen area. The breakfast was overpriced for the value. It was €19 per person, children free. However, not many variety for the price. The hot food only consisted of eggs and sausage.

Conveniently located right above the subway station. You can quickly get to the city center. Calm and pretty quiet neighborhood

Room requires renovation View from the room window to the construction site opposite. Room cleaning was selective. Machine capsules and tea were not renewed every time. None of the windows open, at some points it got very stuffy, but there was no way to air out the room

The window is almost voice proof. There was a train passing next to the hotel or highway, but you can't hear any, so nice. Staff is nice, always smiling and helpful. They advise restaurants and everything you ask. It is pretty clean, and they clean it every day. We were three people, we took a sofa bed additional to queen bed and they had curtain separator between them. There is 24 hours open small grocery in front of hotel, so water, snack, vegetable can be bought anytime you want and you have fridge, microwave, waterboiler and capsule coffee machine in the hotel room, so amazing. Metro is next to the hotel. You don't need to even walk for more than a minute. :)

There was no slippery in the room. It would be nice to have. But we never asked, so they might provide if we asked. There was a kind of club style voice in the middle of the night. It wasn't loud, but it still disturbed me. Only I have got disturbed by the voice, neither my mom nor my wife did, so I guess I am too much sensitive. :)

Location is good. Just 20-25 minutes from the airport by taxi and 25-30 minutes from city center by metro. The metro station is right outside the hotel entrance and allows easy travelling to the city center for sightseeing.

Breakfast was decent but would expect more from a 4star hotel breakfast. Room was small for being called "executive suite". I'd rather call it a 4 bed room. Tight space. Hit my feet twice on the TV stand which was also positioned in such a way that not all 4 visitors could watch at the same time.
