All the staff were so friendly and I could tell that they try to keep all the facilities in a very clean condition. This was especially evident in the way the staff in dining room kept everything clean. I usually have trouble to sleep in new places, but I was able to sleep really comfortably in this hotel. If you need to stay around Malakoff, you should choose this hotel.

I was a bit afraid to use hair dryer. Maybe it should be checked once. I believe they will fix this very soon.

Super friendly and helpful staff - from the front desk, to the breakfast server to the cleaning crew. All made us feel welcome and comfortable. Huge breakfast for a modest 8 Euros. Quiet neighborhood with many great restaurants nearby. The Metro is a short walk away.

The hotel has spotlights that light up the side of the building all night long. In addition to being a huge waste of energy. if your room didn't have shutters, the light leaked into the room making it difficult to sleep. Staff moved us after the first night so they solved part of the problem for us.

The hotel is in a quiet area with a metro a stone's throw away that takes 15 mins into Paris city center. The staff were super friendly and helped me plan my days with recommendations of things to see. Good options for shops and small bakeries and a market just a few minutes walk from the hotel as well. The little patio at the hotel is a lovely addition too. And you can buy drinks from the bar at the hotel. Cans of cola are 2.50 euros each and are always cold! Breakfast is 8€ per night which gives you a continental style. Very nice options and staff are friendly there too. Always greeted with a smile. As a first-time visitor to Paris and as a solo traveler for 4 days. I recommend this hotel :)

Few electrical outlet options one on the floor and 2 on the wall but the only desk is in the corner so not very accessible unless you want to move things around a little. The bathroom is small and if you are a plus-size person you may have some issues with space inside. However, the shower was lovely. The room is small with no kettle or coffee/tea facilities but you can get those from the bar or local cafes so not overly an issue. Would have been nice to be given an option of extra pillows, as only one is given.

Good quality for the price. It is literally 1 minute walk from the metro. Yes, it is a simple hotel but you will be treated nicely and you will have all that you need. The breakfast is also simple but enough (costs only 9 euros). The 2 men in reception and the lady that takes care of the breakfast treated me well. The bed is comfortable just a bit noisy if you move a lot.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The location was right next to the metro, and there were a handful of good restaurants around. Even though we were quite far away from the main attractions, it was easy to get to them with the metro. Room was simple and clean.

There was some miscommunication about whether the tea at the lobby was free/included in the room. We were asked to pay €6 for the tea even though we had asked beforehand if it was included.

Very nice location, right next to the metro station and around 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast-not quite a big variety, but decent. Cleaning services every day and clean body towels.

The walls were a little dirty. No elevator. No smaller towels to wipe our hands and face.

The location is amazing - very close to metro and overall safe, the staff was good, you can reach them 24/7. The price and the quality met, the cleaners would make our bed and clean up a bit every day, overall a very good place to stay if you're traveling to Paris.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and everything from above floors/outside could be heard.

for the price of 50-60e/night the single room provided a very high level of comfort. The place is well within the main transport system of Paris. It might be a bit far if your main activities are in the North, but otherwise, it is super nicely located. Malakoff area is a calm suburb slowly turning into the city. The hotel itself is a bit tired, but kept mostly clean. All the basics are in place. The bedding and towels are clean and nice. It certainly provides better rest than a hostel bunk bed would in the city center for the same price. The staff seemed relaxed and friendly, and at least room 201 had windows into a quiet inner yard so that I had my windows open through the night.

I've had a twisted ankle during my stay and the place doesn't have an elevator with the staircase being very unfriendly. Not a major detail, but important to know for people with accessibility issues.

Staff. People, who works there absolutely awesome. They absolutely make this place worth it to choose.

Sound proofing of the room could be better. But I had earplugs, and combined with a nice bed - good sleep.

Nice hotel in a calm neighbourhood, close to Paris itself and to metro and bus stops. The room is a bit tight but I had no problems with this. Very good value at a decent price - single room at the price of 8-bed dorm in the city.
