Modern and clean room, nice sauna and good wi-fi connection. The staff was very friendly and spoke english well. We got sick during our stay and the staff, especially Ali, were super helpful and helped with everything we needed.

Location is quite far from the centrum and all the sightseeing. Metro does work well, but it takes around 40 minutes to travel to the most central sites.

Very welcoming! We arrived a few hours early and just wanted to confirm our reservation. Our room was ready and they let us check in. They walked us around the facilities. We were celebrating our anniversary and a nice handwritten note and bottle of champagne was waiting for us. Loved the club room and being able to go in there to get a snack, coffee, water, tea was a huge bonus. Every employee was helpful and always smiling. We loved the area this hotel was in, not in an overly touristy area and public transportation to the popular sites was quick and easy. There were many bars and restaurants very close. The river was about a 15 minute walk to the hotel.

Rooms are simple but very comfortable. Location is great since there is a metro station just 5 minutes walking. Great access from Orly airport (not peak hours) They have 2 breakfast options which it is very convenient for those not use to have huge ones in the morning.

Nothing to say. I have been there 3 times already and it was always great. Service staff make you feel very well attended. Maybe to have a bit more flexibility for check in time specially when you are coming from far away. (HK my case)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Okko hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure we are made comfortable especially our toddler. Our room was comfortable, clean and had good views. I appreciate the restaurant staff, mainly Solange & Ehsan who went above and beyond to accomodate our requests and to make sure our toddler is happy with the food during our stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options and we thoroughly enjoyed free coffees and snacks available during the whole day. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and more spacious than I expected for Paris at this price point. I loved that the hotel provided a lounge with free coffee and snacks during the day. This little benefit made a big impact and was very appreciated after a long day walking in Paris.

This is a great hotel, but it is removed a bit from tourist center of Paris. You will need to use the Metro or a bus to reach popular tourist destinations. We didn't have any trouble with this, but it does add about 30 minutes both ways to any excursion.

Clean and contemporary decoration

For a 4* hotel it misses the basics. There is no drinking water in the room or a vending machine in the hotel to get water, or shops near by. We were told to get water for the room from the restaurant. However no vessel to carry it. The coffee machine in the room is mounted 1.5m from the ground in a box on the wall. Couldn’t reach the buttons properly and you can’t take the machine out to put on the table. When I eventually got the machine to work, the cups have no handles and I nearly scalded myself lifting the cup out - from above my head. Seriously bad design. There was no creamer for the coffee.

The hotel staff were exceptional. They advised us on the best ways to travel around the city with the metro card, and how to get where we wanted to go. They were available 24 7 if you needed there help in the reception. Special shout out to Khouloud who greeted us every morning and gave advice on navigating the city. The rooms were surprisingly roomy for a paris hotel with a large double bed and which was comfy enough and a modern bathroom.

My only real complaint would be that shower often had water driping under the door due to its design that could make the bathroom a bit wet. But we had plenty of fresh towels and bathmats provided each day to help with this but it was something I was conscious of.

Reception staff very good and explained facilities and how to use . Very modern room , room window could open so fresh air if you wanted. breakfast is available and selection was very good . Staff quick to respond if you requested additional food / hot drinks.

seems to be very health concious hotel . Lack of 'unhealthy' snacks available eg potato chips/ crisps etc. ditto no fizzy drinks not even aeroated water. No ice to keep drinks purchased out side and brought in to room cool, unless you got some from the lounge area on a soup plate , it melts quickly. I do not know anyone who likes a warm beer!

Very conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but quick and easy to get anywhere you might want to go, especially any tourist spots. There are multiple train / underground / tram stations nearby within walking distance. Rooms are clean and sleek with plenty of space. Service was impeccable. Staff was always helpful, especially the young lady who helped me check-in in the morning and a always poised looking gentleman called Ali. The lounge area on the ground floor was great, and it was good that the hotel doesn’t use plastic bottles but provide you a water station to refill your own bottles.

Wow, what an iconic hotel with superb service. The check in was smooth, I walked to my room and had a balcony room overlooking the city . Everywhere is perfectly maintained and super clean. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and top quality linen. The one thing i would have liked in the room is small Fridge . there was a coffee machine . Amazing, friendly service. 100% of personnel were above and beyond with care. The lounge restaurant was very nice too. The whole experience was great. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can't say enough about the staff in front desk guy was so nice and helped me with questions. Especially mrs .Khulud and Mr . Muhammed . I will most definitely be back , I would stay here again.
