It is a great place to stay with a lovely balcony, all the staff are helpful, polite, very welcoming and can speak English. The apartment is spotless and neat. The facilities are superb. It has good soundproofing and you can't hear any footsteps or people walking from outside your door. The beds are super comfy. Location-wise, it is close to metro and easy access to all attractions either on foot or by metro. Will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Paris.

Wifi was spotty. As a digital nomad, I had to work from a coworking space as wifi was unreliable.

It was fantastic! The balcony views were the best part of the apartment. I loved the attention to detail, such as the Occitane shower products and the beautiful decor and finishes. The location was incredible. It was right next to the metro station, close to a grocery store, and very central, all in a great neighborhood.

We really wished the apartment had cold air conditioning. We like to close the windows at night to reduce noise and get a good night's sleep. Since it's winter, the building's air conditioning was set to heat, so we couldn't use it and had to keep the windows open. The temperature was great when we did that, but we had to deal with a bit of noise, such as the occasional police car and garbage truck. If you're not bothered by these noises, then it's not a big issue.i

Quatre Libre Marais proved to be excellent accommodation for our 10 day stay in Paris. We originally booked five days but changed our plans. The building has been sympathetically and superbly renovated, and the room, the kitchen area, and the bathroom were on a very high standard indeed. The kitchen is very thoughtfully equipped with just about everything one might need. The location is brilliant. We quickly found the wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants on Rue Montorgeueil, a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, and encouraged me in my use of French. Thank you!

Good location across the street from Monoprix, many restaurants around and easy access to key metro lines. Apartment had a balcony. Apartment, furniture and appliances (including a small dishwasher) were all practically new. Good, comfortable bed.

The apartment was small for three (couple+child), a couple more square meters would have been nice to have. The pillows and duvet were synthetic. The code system to open the door and the complex online instructions made it all look 'robotic'. I was offered the option to pay an "insurance premium" to cover for possible damages to the apartment; I took it, but in all fairness I did not feel good about it, it seemed like a way to extract extra money from guests.

The room is so beautiful, just like the pictures the decor and furnishings were stunning. The bed was very comfortable and all of the facilities were all well serviced. The balcony had a gorgeous view and it was so nice to wake up and be able to look out the windows from our bed. Staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early when we unexpectedly arrived before check in time. Location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to the metro, a supermarket and pharmacy.

The wifi connection wasn’t great

Location, location, location! Perfect walking distance to everything! There's a monoprix right across the street which we did not know about initially and couldn't have been more pleased. Walking distance to everything, the metro was right across the street. Very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom shower was not installed correctly, so water leaked to the toilet and sink. Made it very messy

The place is just as shown in the photos. It was new, clean and everything worked. Katia was an lovely and could not have been more helpful.

They have books and other nice little nicknacks in the room but we put these under the bed as we preferred have the additional counter and shelf spaces occupied by these things.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The hosts welcomed us warmly, even though we arrived late. The apartments had just been renovated, making us feel like we were among the first guests. The new, modern kitchen appliances were a delightful surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!

Location was a bit far from the Eiffel tower, but we expected that, so we just used taxi) minor thing.

The room was so prestine, I felt like I may have been the first guest. I didn’t feel like I was at a hotel, but in a very swanky Parisian studio. The staff was friendly and able to help store my luggage until it was my check in. Before my stay, Quartier sent a message with instructions on check in and everything else one needs to know during my stay. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel at home and not at some impersonal hotel.
