The location is prime. The metro is just 2 minutes away. There are several cafes and even a small grocery/bodego close by. It's also a great location if you like to walk. The manager and the staff were friendly and helpful and overall just amazing! I didn't eat breakfast there, but a friend who also stayed at the hotel did and he seemed to like it. I'm allergic to feathers and they had no problem giving me non-feather pillows. As a matter of fact, I sent several messages to the hotel before I arrived and they always answered promptly! They had a kettle, tea, instant coffee, and even little chocolates in the room. They make a great effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. <3 :-)

They have breakfast in the basement, but it was mostly cereals and pastries and I have celiac's disease so there wasn't a lot of choices. Something to think about if you have gluten issues. But, my friend who isn't gluten-free liked it just fine. The furnishings are a bit dated, but not worn. I am very petite, but if you are an average size or larger person the shower is going to be a problem. I was barely able to turn around in it. With that said, a small shower is pretty typical in Europe. Even though the shower was small, the water was hot!

Cooked meat for breakfast could be nice. I did not appreciate the silent judgement of the night receptionist looking at the clock on the wall when I came back to the hotel in a very quiet, respectful and sober manner after 2AM. It is their rules to force leaving the keys at the reception. As a solo grown woman travelling I certainly do not demand judgement about what time I come back to my room that I paid full price for. He should learn to keep his silent judgement to himself. Not a good business move in 2024.

Great location, lovely staff, room a decent size for Paris city centre.

Breakfast wasn’t great and only 1 milk in the room tea/coffee tray was odd. Lift was tiny which was difficult for us with 3 suitcases. But these are very minor niggles. Would book this hotel again

The hotel is well located next to the Metro stop and in the center of the Marais, with lots of cafes and bistros nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The heating was very efficient and the lighting of the room perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean, the shower worked well. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. All the staff of the hotel have been very pleasant and professional. Last, we have been happy that the elevator worked very well!

Being in the 3rd arrondissement, it is not surprising that the room was small, as well as the bathroom. We wish our room had been a little more spacious. One suggestion: installing a couple of coat hangers by the door of the room would be helpful.

Location is excellent . 80metres to metro station.

Noise from the street. If you go there and want a quiet room ask for the room with the window on backyard and not on a street .

Superb central location - Metro a few steps away, much within walking distance, and amazing variety of eating and drinking on the doorstep. Room very clean (and kept clean), warm and comfortable, perfectly quiet, with unusually excellent lighting. Big, comfortable bed. Bathroom small but clean and up-to-date with everything you need, great shower with good pressure and ample hot water. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Really couldn’t ask for more.

The breakfast room was rather tiny, and we aren’t fans of machine coffee, but the spread was varied, generous and fresh, and the staff lovely.

Austin's Arts Et Metier was all I thought it would be and more. The hotel was located near a subway entrance, and I liked the fact that my room was made daily, which tends not to be the case these days.

I thought the toiletries should have been more plentiful. Don't go small with shower gel and soap.

Beautifully renovated rooms with a working fridge. Rich breakfast, even with soy/almond milk and still plenty of fresh items at 9:45. they even serve the radishes peeled, haha. Great situation near to metro station and in a interesting and safe area for walking through the Marais. Quiet. Mostly friendly receptionists.

Breakfast room at basement has now windows. But it‘s cozily done, management makes the best of the room.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was excellent with many good restaurants within walking distance. It felt safe going out even at night. Very close to several Metro stops.

Only a combination of hair and body wash. No shampoo and conditioner.

Upon arrival, the hospitality of the staff immediately stood out to me. Every single front desk receptionist was accommodating, informative, and affable. In a city where many couples, families, and travelers check into hotels, they made us feel as if we were the only ones visiting Paris. The breakfast was extraordinary, with many options to choose from. The essentials were there: coffee, orange juice, croissants, pain au chocolat, you name it. Room service was punctual and equally as accommodating as the front desk and hotel staff.

We ran into absolutely no problem while staying at this hotel for 4 nights.
