We were amazed by the apartment in Paris! Extremely modern and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Access was easy, and the instructions we received were very clear, making our arrival smooth. It's near to shops, restaurants, main attractions and metro.

We were disappointed that all the codes for the rooms were the same, which wasn't ideal. We didn't feel safe leaving our belongings in the room or sleeping without worrying that - someone could enter the apartment. Additionally, we missed information about the restaurant hours, instructions for using the washing machine and dryer, and the smart TV wasn't working properly, as it had issues connecting to the phone or mainstream apps. While the apartment itself is incredible, these issues did affect our overall experience.

The location, close to the Opera and many stores and restaurants but on a quiet street was very good, so was the facilities, that was branc new with a very nice shower and bed and quite spacious for Paris. It was also appreciated the early check-in.

Please be aware that daily hotel services, such as towel changes, room cleaning, and bed-making, are not included by default and come at an additional charge.

Location was great. Very close to site seeing, local eateries, bars, metro, grocery store, and shopping. Theres an actual gym and 24hr concierge. Extremely walkable location.

The TVs in the room offer streaming via casting from your phone. However, the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. I work in AV, and while the set up for the system to work is great - the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. If they upgrade the WiFi it would be very top notch.

We recently stayed here. The location is perfect and close to several train lines. There are many places to eat nearby, a pharmacy 2 minutes by foot, and lots of shopping. If you desire to cook, just a few doors down is a small grocery store. For something bigger, head to the Monoprix that’s within 6 minute walk. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Each room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The living room/dining area also had a balcony. Both come equipped with outdoor seating and greenery. The place was impeccably clean. I even checked the floor corners to see if dirt had just been pushed around. Nope. It was spotless. One bathroom had a nice tub with rain shower, sink, and toilet. The other was a sink and shower combo. The second toilet was down the hall. We liked this feature because it was 5 of us and having the option to use the restroom while someone was taking a shower was much appreciated. The apartment itself was not overstuffed with unnecessary furniture which I often see in many Airbnb’s. This made things much easier. We had plenty of space to accommodate our luggage. Closet space was plenty for us. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Overall, we would visit again and hope others will too.

My one and only gripe is that we opted for the late checkout which was first offered to us but then we received a message stating that we’d have to leave a bit earlier. We paid for the entire “late checkout” option and would have benefited from the extra time. I wish they would have explained that we wouldn’t be able to have the entire time slot before we were charged. In the end, the housekeeper showed up early. We didn’t want to impede her schedule so we exited earlier than expected. Small nuisance that I hope can be addressed for future stays.

I liked the size of the rooms, private bathroom and balcony. The location of the apartment was very close to the metro line with quick access to Gare du Lyon. The location was excellent, supermarket 1min away. The neighborhood is very luxurious, great for an anniversary… I even did a little home cooking here as well. The keyless entry was top class and anonymous; they send you a link for check-in to access your authentic passcode. The receptionist explained how it can be done in advance before you arrive to save time. It takes about 5min to fill out the form; so, I suggest doing it before you arrive.

I loved the TV in the living room, but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. As a result, I used the pull-out-bed from the sofa and it made things better. I like falling asleep to french television because I speak Freanch as a second language

The room was very comfortable in every way. Excellent location, quiet and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

I informed the staff that I was celebrating my anniversary. They replied as follows: "We are pleased to inform you that the establishment has confirmed that it can arrange this for you. No additional charge will be applied for this request." It was very disappointing that when we arrived in the room there was not even a greeting card and/or a bottle of sparkling wine at the very least. No arrangements were made.

The one bedroom apartment felt enormous for Paris. It was brand new, pin drop quiet, the AC was lovely and we had an enormous sunny terrace. Good quality furnishings and comfortable pillows and beds. Fantastic location and took us no time to get anywhere, even during the Olympics. Staff were friendly and could not be more accommodation and helpful.

As it had just opened there were a few teething issues but they were addressed very well. Cleaning is available but for an extra cost. I would suggest if staying more than 2-3 nights providing this as part of the overall cost.

This was a wonderful place to stay . The apartment was clean, attractively decorated , well appointed and well laid out, with a lovely little balcony opening to a quiet courtyard. We greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful concierges on site 24/7. It was quite nice to also have a gym and laundry facilities on site (and good elevators !).The location is excellent.

The shower door didn’t close completely (minor complaint - the apartment was great!)

New place. Great location. Staff super nice and supported. Still pending to fix small things, but it is a great place. Note: feeling like apartment with gentile doorman, not traditional lobby hotel

I know that it is not fail from the hotel. But I don’t like shared my balcony with other guest. Also, they were smokers and my room smell to tabaco

Super cute apartments. Small but functional and clean. Staff goes out of their way to help. Terrace was an amazing addition to the apartment. Building is brand new and close to shops and restaurants. Supermarket just a few doors away for convenient.

Wifi dropped constantly and false alarms startled us at odd hours. Laundry not operational.
