No place you will stay will be as comfortable as your home. Go to every hotel with this in mind. But if I go to Paris again, I will stay at this hotel again. Of course, there were a few negative situations that would not spoil our holiday pleasure. However, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and pillows, our room with 3 separate balconies overlooking Paris were great. (I took the large 20 m2 room) The Madeline metro, which is 50 meters from the hotel, allowed us to travel throughout Paris as if we were locals. The fact that the hotel was within walking distance of all the travel points we made while planning our Paris trip made our job much easier. But most of all, I would like to thank the helpful and smiling staff. See you again in Paris.

It was close to perfect.

The location was great as it was very central and v close to Madeline metro which had good links to wherever you wanted to go. Walking was very possible- for example river Seine was about 15minute walk. The rooms were spacious and clean and the connected two rooms we booked were ideal for us. The breakfast was good value and the chef-Saman and reception staff (Fatima/Hamid) were very helpful!

We liked most things but felt the decor a bit overwhelming for our linking! There was a loud bar next to the hotel (we didn't hear it in our rooms) and a sex toy shop close to it which made me feel a bit unsafe as I travelled with my two daughters alone. For a 3 star hotel, I feel the rooms were a bit too pricey.

First time visiting Paris and traveled solo. Instead of an AirBnb I chose to say in a hotel. This hotel is charming and discreet, located central to everything by foot! The room was always clean and made up to perfection. The staff could not have been more caring and friendly. All in all - I thank them for being part of an amazing Parisian experience!

Elevators in Paris are super tiny - like closets. This elevator to the 6th floor where I chose to book my room, was no exception. So....I walked up 7 flights twice a day since I am afraid of elevators, let alone tiny ones! (The lobby is not considered the first floor.). This was my choice...and not a fault of the hotel. Seeing the glass half full - it was great exercise for my lets, glutes and heart!!

The hotel is really stylish and very clean. My daughter loved the headphones. We really liked the location, close to many attractions by walking and metro. The reception and breakfast staff during the day were fantastic, really welcoming and made us feel like home.

The first night we did not get a room with balcony although we booked one. The next day Fatima, our amazing receptionist, tried to accommodate our wish although we already settled in the room and did not want to change.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in a lovely area, just a short walk from a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff was great, everyone, from the reception desk to the restaurant team, treated us with courtesy, care, and attention.

A lovely little hotel in a fantastic central location - 10 mins walk from the Louvre and less than 5 mins from at least 4 Metro stations. Perfect for l'Olympia (which is why we were in Paris) as it's 2 blocks away. Friendly staff who will hold your luggage before or after your stay if you need to, everyone was lovely!

Would have liked there to be a proper bar to just chill out at the end of the day before bed but there are so many options nearby that it wasn't an issue

I don’t leave reviews often, but I was very happy with this hotel. Great staff, clean spacious room and great central location next to the metro. I will be coming back for sure! A special thanks to the lovely stuff who were so friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman who did the breakfast. So lovely.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. They were knowledgeable of the area, extremely helpful with travel needs and made the overall experience above average. This is a first class hotel and I would highly recommend it.

The shower doors split in the center and were useless. After showers there would be a huge puddle outside the shower door that wet the carpet in the room. This had obviously been a problem for a while since the bathroom door frame was rotted where the shower leaked.

I liked the location. Close to lots of cafes, the Tulierres Gardens short walks to the Louvre and other sights. Has an elevator and cute decor. Room was nice.

The water came out of the shower but it was a nice walk in one. No hair conditioner. Hair dryer was old but worked fine. Breakfast was just ok. Went at 9:30 on a Saturday and barely any eggs left but they were tasty. Front of hotel not marked well. Passed it twice at night before noticing the door with yellow hands on it.

The location of this place is great. It’s very central and less than a mile walk to almost everything. I liked the size of the bathroom (very large by Parisian standards) and the shower was huge. The room was exceedingly quiet which I thought was really unusual for a City hotel. The staff were very helpful - a blown fuse (my fault) was fixed immediately. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. This place is a great value for the money and I think we have just found our new “go to” place in Paris!!
