Everything was very good. The staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful. The city and all its beauty are very close to the hotel. We liked the hotel and our staying very much. Thank you!

Smaller things like we had to ask to bring hair conditioning and the room maid could not understand to leave when we came after swimming pool to take a shower in our room.

The staff was amazing

Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean with valet parking facilities. Spa and swimming pool are very nice.

No Christmas decoration. They said they had a small delay but it was coming. Room for breakfast is not very large.

I loved the location the size of the room was superb An extra was the toilet that had a washer The size was very good and I had a balcony which is a bonus Overall I loved the hotel

The lobby is not that big

This is a very nice hotel. Well located. The staff is exceptional. The price paid through Booking.com for the originally planned stay was expensive, but reasonable. I had a matter that required last minute extension of 3 days and the price for the extension increased dramatically. The room was large and well appointed.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The staff there is less than friendly. I suggest you find somewhere else to eat

Would have expected water bottles in room to be refilled every day. An evening snack after cleaning etc. could also have been nice. Like the first evening. Hamam/steam rooms were also closed for renovation, which I was not notified about on email prior arrival.

I loved our suite, spacious with beautiful decorations. They welcomed us with delicious treats and wine. Janick, the concierge helped us with all we needed, he made reservations for our transportation and tours around the city, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his recommendations. My kids enjoyed the pool and the gym while I walked around Eliseus Champs to shop in the world-famous boutiques.

Some of the furniture is old, but it wasn't an issue for us; I just wanted to let you know.

Amazing hotel, phenomenal spa and super helpful on front desk.

Impossible to get served in the bar - poor service - almost ignored. Limited food menu - if after a busy day you just want food in the hotel - great if you eat salmon - but for everyone else - you need to go out.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The front of desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. A good night’s sleep was had. The location is fantastic. The hotel is nice and discreet and very quiet. Big bathroom sink and lots of counter space, which was welcome.

Notwithstanding covid-restrictions to the spa, which aren’t their fault, the hotel seems to have stood still since 2020. The bathroom floor needed some cleaning up and the loo didn’t flush particularly well. I’m not sure we got a 5* hotel experience. As in 2020, the wifi is poor. It is inconsistent and weak.

- Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I've messed my booking a bit and not checked bed option for my kids. Reception helped me out in just few minutes with extra beds, sheets and candy for little ones - all with no additional fee. Thats just one of many examples during my short stay. - Location - if you're in Paris for sightseeing thats simply best place to stay - Price to quality ratio. Majestic Hotel is surrounded by far more expensive hotels in this area, yet does not fall short from them - Location again ;) Champs Elysees & Arc De Triomphe in 5 min walking distance, metro in 3 min (just 2 stations from Eiffel tower)

Not much really needs improving. Hotel appliances may feel a bit dated, but everything was functional. Other than that I'd highly recommend stay at Majestic Hotel
