I liked the communication with the staff both in French and in English, which helped make our stay comfortable but also enjoyable. Parking was available and right outside our accommodation. Spot on. The advice from the staff enabled our onward journey to the caves at Goufrey de Padirac to proceed in plenty of time with a hearty breakfast inside us!
The bedroom was sufficient but a little basic, and with some small ants to contend with. However, this in no way affected our stay and it was swiftly forgotten.

All was fine, including restaurant and food.
Shorter walk from reception to the room which was the farthest it could be meethinks... Also, we travelled for nearly 4 hours to have that specific weekend to experience the balloon festival, which was cancelled due to "elf n safety" apparently, best check before travel.. Very disappointing, not the hotels fault though.

A quiet and clean hotel in the medieval town. The lady on reception was lovely. We loves that our room had a balcony. Great shower and wifi. Very comfortable. We had a lovely time.
It was all great but we should have headed down to the medieval part of the town to get to the hotel. We didn't realise and found parking at one of the sites at the top.

Great value. Super comfortable. Amazing location! Easy to park and access.
Only downside was visiting in off season and the town was virtually shuttered. I wish we'd have known that. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was welcoming, and we had a great visit.

Very central location (the main street). There is parking not far but space is limited and it's a 2-row parking, meaning if you park your car in the row that is closer to the street, the other car can't get out. So you have to be available in case the other car wants to get out. Or, park in a row further from the street if its avail. Otherwise, there is additional parking down the road, but it's a bit of walking to my understanding. Le Quercygnac restaurant is around the corner with decent size tasty portions (the duck).
It can get a bit noisy outside in the morning if you keep the windows open.

I was upgraded because my room was no longer available….to a room with a magnificent view of the old city and church on the cliff top, and also over the valley. That was magnificent service! The bed was comfortable and the room very clean, as was the whole building. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Keypad security on the entrance was very convenient. Excellent value for money. Very good buffet breakfast !!
The old hand held shower is very old school, but its a 2 star hotel so I can accept that. Wifi only available in the lobby, was not an inconvenience to me but may be for others.

This hotel is a gem, from the reception check in to Sally in the restaurant and he chef husband, we could not have asked for better attentive service and meeting every need. I can not rate this hotel high enough.
There was nothing to complain about, it satisfies every time in all departments. The navigation of the tight streets can be a little off putting but its worth it for the experience of Rocamadour.

I cannot fault this place. Sally and Emmanuel went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The view from my room was breathtaking. It is in the heart of the medieval city. I highly recommend this hotel and would return. Breakfast is served in the restaurant opposite with views of the Sanctuary and the mountains.
Not a complaint but an observation. Rocamadour is quite remote and if you do not have your own transport it can be tricky to get to the many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. The Railway Station is about 4 km away. There is a signposted walking route through some fields

Perfect location in the center of Rocamadour. Very nice staff, room was small but it has everything I needed. The area was very quiet during the night. My window was facing beautiful green plants which I liked very much.
Everything was perfect

In the dead center of historic Rocamadour pedestrian zone. Free parking.
Streetlife was noisy during the night. No ac. We had a handicapped adapted room which was not practical for us, especially didn't like the shower.
