Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spacious and thoughtfully located near the lift and reception for my disabled partner. It also had plenty of electric sockets and lights. The young lady at reception was charming and helpful as always.

1. The bedside tables are a bit of a joke - there’s hardly any room to put a drink of water a phone and a book, let alone nighttime medication etc. 2. The restaurant was disappointing this time as very long wait and only ok food, last time was very good food and service. They were obviously understaffed. 3. The fridge wasn’t working. 4. For a downstairs room overlooking the pool you need nets or blinds at the window as you can be seen easily - it is not pleasant to get dressed etc with the curtains shut for privacy.

We had a double room with double sofa bed which was perfect for us and our two kids. The room was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of nice extras like soft drink in the fridge. A kettle and nespresso machine with some pods for a nice coffee. It was all really clean and modern. The shower room looked brand new. Nice pool outside but we ran out of time to try that out. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant as we found a little Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk away that we wanted to try. We did have breakfast in the morning and there was a great choice of food and freshly squeezed orange juice which my kids loved. This was perfect to break up our journey from La Rochelle as it was close to the main road.

We stopped in this hotel for one night on our back to the Netherlands and we initially chose it because of the option to charge electric cars. The hotel is being refurbished and we got a family room completely new. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is great and the surroundings (lots of trees) are enjoyable. I would probably stay closer to Rouen's city center if our objective were to visit the city.

bed was great, blackout curtains worked well, food excellent, staff lovely, will stay again. Tesla chargers onsite so was perfect for our stay on towards Calais

tv was unplugged so had to lift if off the wall to get it plugged in and working, usb and hdmi ports not working in room either so could not use firestick, not a huge issue but the only one we had.

Great overnight stop on our journey from Calais to Dordogne. Booked a family room for our family of 4 and 2 dogs and it was a great size for us. Great value for money if you just want somewhere to lay your head overnight. Bonus was Tesla supercharger in the carpark, which was a complete surprise

My only very small cristism would be that the rooms get hot, and the sofa beds are very thin and springy so not the most comfortable, but I still think it is great value for money

The hotel is going through a refit and looking fairly smart. The pool was unfortunately unavailable as it was too early in the season.

At previous stays the hotels were aimed at families and so the restaurant opened early enough for youngsters to eat. This hotel was more directed at business users or adult clients. 7.30 was just too late for a'2 Yr old.

The bar/restaurant area is very new and looks great, a very cosy but modern feel, looks classy. Location is great for a stopover on a roadtrip, being on the outskirts of Rouen. We didn't have time to visit the city this time but drove through and got a great start for our trip further south the next morning. Breakfast was good too

Terrible bathroom design, so shower door, water everywhere on the floor when showering, no shelves to lay things down, no hooks to hang clothes or towels , cannot blow dry hair in bathroom, sink tap not practical.

I like the location it was great with a young baby. I liked the swimming pool. The hotel was very nice, good building with nice restaurant and bar and outside. The hotel room was a very good size. I like the layout of the hotel. The staff were excellent. The staff went out of there way to be helpful which is important as you remember these things. I asked to get some clothes washing done my clothes and babies clothes. Although I missed the timeline which was till 9 am the lady took my clothes and they were all washed within the same day. I got back with my husband and baby to find in our hotel room clean clothes at about 5 pm all folded and also hung up in the wardrobe. This is outstanding service. There is also a lidl supermarket nearby and a restaurant.

The air conditioning in the room did not work very well.

really lovely staff. the reception area was nice, loads of breakfast choice, a clean swimming pool. kids toys and a nice green space etc. a great drop off.

we booked two rooms and arrived late at night from travelling. unfortunately the second room was not made up and still had crumpled sheets and dirty towels from the last customers. we ended up all sharing a room. the hotel said they’d refund us and said they’d give us free breakfast so we weren’t that phased. fortunately we could all fit in one room. second thing is the hotel was like a sauna. it wasn’t that warm outside but there’s no air con or fans so it’s pretty hot. if it was even higher summer I’d imagine it was unbearable.
