Booked a family room on short notice as we had some power issues in our home. The room was spectacular. We have stayed in the Saint Remy a few times previously again on short notice. The hotel benefits from a central location in saint Remy and a beautiful cosy courtyard where one can enjoy a drink or have a dinner. Of note this year was a big improvement in the restaurant where we had a great dinner. The welcome and the staff continues to be very warm.

Great location. Private. Nice size room, light and airy. Bathroom well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant & helpful. Morning Coffee good. Closets were a perfect size. The full length mirror was great, as well as the make up mirror in bathroom. Outdoor dining area pleasant. Breakfast very nice.

Our terrace patio was dirty. There was water leaking down from above (A/C drain must have been clogged) this green wet algae attracted quite a few mosquitos making it hard to use in the evening…The 3 outdoor chairs were quite uncomfortable, & the large rocking chair very dirty! Bed pillows could have been better, perhaps Down filled or more comfortable.

The Saint Rémy is an exceptional hotel - not only its location but its standards are incomparable - the staff could not be more helpful - the rooms were superb - the food wonderful. There is nothing one could not enjoy about this hotel.

Nothing much - a small niggle was with the taps on sinks and showers which had an unusual mechanism - I think intended to be state of the art but a simple on/off might have been a better choice

The best thing about this place is the location, just in the entrance of the city. Also, it is nicely decorated and with beautiful pool and spa.

For a 5-star hotel, the place is highly understaffed resulting in mediocre service. You wait a long time for service at the restaurant and pool. It’s not the fault of the nice employees. There are just too few. It’s a shame because this place really has the potential to become one of the best hotels.

Pool was bliss, extremely friendly and helpful staff, location was excellent. The staff were all exemplary, and couldn't be more helpful and lovely.

€30 euros per person for breakfast, on top of the very high room rate, is extortionate I felt. This is not somewhere one goes to save money, of course. Even understanding that, though, I felt there were too many extras (they also charged an extremely expensive rate for parking), at too high a cost. Even the few mini bar items in the room are charged at high prices - nothing was complimentary. When paying £400 per night for a room, this comes as a surprise. It was also difficult to be in an outside space, aside from by the pool, without spending yet more money.

The staff were wonderful. Handled every request we had for information, recommendations and made various reservations for us. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and shopping. Everything within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

We found nothing that we would recommend changing except instructions for changing setting on the heating/AC system.

Location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful setting and facilities. The staff COULD NOT have done enough for us. We had a car and they parked it and brought it to us when we needed it. Such good staff.

The gym was poor and food was below par. But due to the great location, it took less than 5 minutes to get to great restaurants

The staff were fantastic and really made our stay. They really went out of their way to make things comfortable for you. The courtyard and the pool were very relaxing areas and the location was just perfect.

It would be nice for more water to be readily available without extra cost given its so important to drink in those temperatures. The breakfast was unfortunately dissapointing for the price, i would stick to the local cafes for breakfast.

Everything.. the courtesy of the staff at the front desk. The room decoration, colors. very clean, soft sheets, quiet,smell good . Didn't smell mold. the bed was very comfortable. do we slept so well. your air conditioning was working during our sleep. gréât gréât location. the restaurant was deceptive. the waiter also work to prepared cheese plate in the part of the kitchen that was in glass so we could see him. than run to the dinning room. he look stress like short of staff. we had to ask 4 time for a bottle of water. he was not smiling, . he didn't came back to ask us if all was find. he even forgot to charge a bottle of wine yo the next table beside us . the customer had to point it to him that he forgot to charge the bottle of wine on his bill. thank his he was honest. but all the rest was really fantastic. I would go back. the restaurant need more love and tender care. j'imagine que vous pouvez smile orEr le côté restaurant!!!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location and a gorgeous room. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

We were there for 3 nights and had to ask to change rooms as the first was much smaller than we expected. The new room was perfect and what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The massage at the spa was a little odd and so I wouldn’t recommend.
