Staff, they make it up for all things missing. . They were so courteous, friendly, and helpful. Every morning we consulted the reception about where's, and how's... and the never hesitated to help. Their local knowledge was also helpful for us.

The location was a little too far for us: , we realised later. We wish they have one closer to Paris City Centre. Although the transport is available just in a hop step and a jump, it requires changing tram/train at least twice to reach the main attractions. Also, the lack of Laundry facility in the hotel was a downside for us.

Small nice hotel close tram stop & line to airport. Good sound isolation of rooms. Nice bed for 2 persons. Close to few local restaraunts (fish, brazil etc).

Breakfest price 17,- euro per person (but assortiment is ok). At morning close to hotel is only McDonalds opened after 09.00 am or local boulangerie (not nice).

We booked at this hotel last minute after an unexpected flight cancellation from Paris Orly. Renata, the front desk was very helpful and accommodating that made our stay smooth and relaxed despite of the series of unfortunate events.

Lovely hotel, fairly new with beautiful reception area! Location great for airport & transport into Paris. Great Italian restaurant nearby. Staff were excellent !

Great to have coffee and tea making facilities in bedroom but just wish hotels could be a bit more generous with coffee, tea and milk ! We paid £150 per night and had 2 tiny coffee sachets! and no milk ! You feel uncomfortable at reception asking for more !

Very clean and new room, also very silent and well accoustically insulated. A nice shower that works well. That is the essential I want and need. There is a fridge (but it's empty) and everything else you need. The room is very well little, and there is a little desk, just large enough to work.

A bit cold, I think the heating was not (globally) turned on (at the current heating costs, I can understand). Also, there is a light just behind the door that only turns off based on a timer... and that timer is way too long, like 15m. No way to turn out except by removing the key card... and then everything turns off. An annoyance. Also, on the phone in the rooms, they should indicate the number to reach the reception.

The hotel is located maybe 50m from the tram stop which was very convenient. The lady who checked me in was friendly and efficient. Room is a decent size, modern and very clean. Large modern bathroom too. Bed is comfortable with good quality linen. I liked that there was a fridge to keep food, snacks and water cold. The air-conditioning probably isn't super necessary this time of year but the airflow was nice and in summer I think it could be lovely.

It would be nice to have an option where breakfast is included in the price but that's not the end of the world. Their TV setup is great but if you don't have some form of streaming service on you phone or computer you won't have anything to watch.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff are Friendly and happy to help. The rooms are good value for money. Easy access to city through tram & metro. (Close to ORY airport: 30 minute tram journey from ‘Aéroport d’Orly’ (T7) - get off at ‘Bretagne’)

A little far from Disneyland, although it is easy to get there through metro system. Breakfast is slightly overpriced

We where really happy with Bits Hotel, its nice, beds are comfortable, the lounge is small but really cosy. Best off all are the Staff, really helpful and nice :) The transits, are just a 1 min walk away and Uber is super easy to get. They also have a driver who is super friendly called Ali, he is very helpful and a top notch driver.

This was our first time in Paris so we would have booked a stay closer to the centrum if we had realized how big Paris actually is and how busy traffic is, but the transits, are just a 1 min walk away and Uber is super easy to get.

Soundproof, comfortable and clean suite! My wife and I loved staying in the suite at the Brit Hotel for our honeymoon! It was always super clean, tidy and we experienced the most friendly staff! The rooms are soundproof so we did not hear the street outside, nor any other person in the hotel. The 24/7 reception really saved us, when due to unforeseen circumstances we found ourselves looking for a full weeks stay in Paris on a Friday night. Not an easy task to do, but the Brit hotel helped us check in comfortably at 1AM with the best, most friendly service! With a tram station literally outside the door and changing once to the metro, it was always a smooth 40 mins travelling to central Paris (Louvre). We especially loved the Lavazza espresso machine and enjoyed free espresso, cookies and cold beverages everyday! My personal highlight was our last night, where at 2 AM we sat at the bar, got fixed some drinks (the cocktails are delicious!) and I played some songs on the piano. We will always remember our magical time in Paris and how staying in the suite at the Brit Hotel was the best thing that could have happened to us!

Very clean and spacious. Had a train outside to the airport which is a main reason we stayed here overnight.

A bit difficult to find. We got in a taxi with GPS but the driver was having a bit of difficulties finding it. Also a bit far from the Orly airport.
