You can actually ski in and out. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has a very nice restaurant which serves gluten free options too. The hotel bar is also lively and has a good selection of drinks.

A lovely hotel with everything you need for a great ski holiday. We stayed here for 5 nights in 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable with a spacious bathroom. We ate breakfast each morning in the restaurant and there was a lovely variety of food on offer. The bar is fantastic for a drink each evening and we dined at the lovely French restaurant within the hotel. The food and service were excellent. The wellness spa was my favourite part. Beautiful sauna on the rooftop with amazing views of the village and mountain. The hotel provided a locker per room to keep your skis and boots in which was heated. Location is fabulous. There’s a supermarket right across the road, ski hire and the free shuttle bus stop is less than 100m away. You can also walk into town in less than 10 minutes.

Amazing, cosy hotel, close by to the center of the town. Breakfast was great, everyday the same, but with a big choice of dishes. Room was very comfy and clean, spa area with sauna and jacuzzi and is very nice with cool view for the mountains and slopes. Restaurant in the hotel is amazing for the dinner, better to book in advance to be sure, as half of Val d'Isere is coming there to eat.

Supervising SPA could be better, I had the incident with drunk guests not following the sauna rules (not using towels, shouting), drinking alcohol and playing music from portable speaker inside the sauna (!!!) and later in the chillout area. Unacceptable.

Really clean, modern and cool. Perfectly located away from the noise, but close to all the action. Ski boot room excellent. Bar and restaurant good quality. The staff were amazing. All the reception staff couldn’t do enough for us, always smiling. Terry, the night manager was an absolute star, with his big smile and a really funny and special note to accompany a takeaway breakfast for our early transfer. Superb hotel all round!

Nothing.

The hotel seems quite recently renovated, therefore the room and other facilities are nice, clean and practical. Our room had enough space to open 2 suitcases, a big bed and a balcony. Very nice staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant.

Extra charge for parking. The room could have a coffee maker. The sauna area was nice, but on the second evening only the steam sauna was on, the other two not.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was definitely better than a regular 3 star hotel. It did not have a lavish interior decoration but it was quite freshly renovated, cosy and clean and had all the amenities needed during a ski vacation (sauna, spa area). But the best part of the hotel was undeniably the restaurant and the staff!

Everything was fine with the property,but you have to pay attention before reservation.The images of booking (although realistic)not always correspond in the room you are about to reserve.We reserved a last minute apartment which in the reality did not correspond to the images booking.com was presenting.You have to check in the hotel’s internet site.

This hotel is in a lovely location and even though we were in a room that overlooked the road it was very quiet. The room was spacious and bright with a good bathroom, under ground parking with allocated bays.

because this was "out of season" a lot of the local facilities were shut or closed early, the bar was pleasant with lots of seating but again was shut by 10pm.

Everything! Spa access is fantastic, lovely facilities and quiet at the time of our stay Rooms are beautiful, large size and well furnished, plush carpet and a great balcony view over the Main Street without any noise detriment. The bathrooms are also fantastically equipped We had a meal in the restaurant where the food and service was also exquisite. Fully recommend to anyone. All the staff couldn’t do more for you, absolutely fantastic establishment

Room aesthetic was excellent. The reception and bar area was inviting. The luggage storage with shower facilities was a bonus. Spa and sauna was unfortunately not tried but would have added to the excellency of the place.

Heating rack in bathroom was difficult to adjust properly without either becoming to warm og turning itself off.
