The hotel has a warm cozy boutique hotel feeling. The breakfast buffet has been very generous. They have a very comfortable lounge area that works as restaurant.- The underground swimming pool is pretty big and has been a very nice surprise. The sauna is tiny, but a great amenity for cold winter days.

The front desk team didn't make a very professional impression. They were helpful but seemed to be overwhelmed by all the guest requests as there has been only one person present, even during heavy check out times on Sunday morning...

Liked the hotel very much. The room was comfortable with very clean bathroom, good public areas and I liked the pool/sauna/steam area. The bedroom isn't large but well appointed and the radiator kept it at a good temperature. The ski and boot storage is good.

My main issue is the scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet are terrible. I think the hot water in the shower could be hotter. This also applies to the swimming pool. I'd also like the hotel to use proper sized bath towels and put fave clothes in the room.

Our stay at Le Val d'Isere was beyond expectations. We stayed in their wonderful top floor apartment which was a perfect mix of modern comfort and cozy chalet like feeling. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the different amenities like the indoor swimming pool and the sauna/ hammam, which were all spotless. The breakfast was delicious - there's something for every taste. All of that right in the center of Val d'Isere!

Fantastic location, there is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take the bus to the lifts at La Daille. Nice and modern with great facilities. Breakfast was really good. I felt the attention to detail from the staff was excellent, for example I left early on my departure & they asked if I wanted a coffee before I went (although breakfast hadn’t opened yet). I would definitely stay again!

I would have preferred a softer mattress, but that’s just simply my preference.

Great location, super close to all the good restaurants and shops. Also super easy access to the slopes but far enough from the après bars that you don’t hear the loud music at night. Boot room has lockable lockers which were fab, felt super safe with leaving all the ski equipment in the boot room. Hotel staff were super helpful and if we needed any advice they were very knowledgable and kind.

The pillows were a cheap and uncomfortable, possibly if I had mentioned it they could’ve changed them but I didn’t want to be an awkward customer. The noise outside the bedroom in the early morning from the bin men and snow ploughs were awful, obviously not the hotels fault and not avoidable but still a pain! Breakfast was a good buffet but could’ve possibly done with a bit more choice and it was the same everyday. There are only 3 negatives for this hotel!

The location is superb, and the discount at the ski hire shop located underneath the hotel was warmly received. Attentive staff who kindly sorted our ski passes on site; clean facilities, decent sized well-equipped bedroom and a fantastic steam room. The unique second floor swimming pool was a nice addition.

The steam room did not open until 10am. We prefer to use the steam room first thing in the morning, before skiing.

Room: Clean and comfortable. Spacious balcony. Bar area: Warm and cosy atmosphere. Staff: Personal and friendly feeling offered. Food: Excellent. Extras: Ski Passes available at reception is handy. Parking: Inside parking excellent. Overall: Can clearly tell is recently been renovated. Would certainly recommend!

Room: Please install some better lighting for when getting ready. Super dark and impractical. Facilities: long day skiing in the freezing temp would be nice to have a hot or at least warm pool to come back to. Pool was very cold. Boot room: Boot hangers didn’t actually warm to dry the my boots. Not good for skiing the next day. Leads to having freezing boots. small detail with a big knock on effect. Did ask thinking mine was broken and was told they don’t warm the boots. Extras: Can’t probably be solved but we all found the endless steps in and out of the hotel very annoying with our boots and skis.

Nice room and decor, good shower though bathroom small, pool and sauna good though sauna small. Bar area snug. In summer the town car parking is free and nearby. Hotel also has paid parking.

Bar prices high, breakfast limited for choice, room a bit cramped. Val d'isere in very early September was charmless and dead for food options. Ghost town past 8pm.

central to everything, Great helpful and friendly staff. Travelling from Australia and not speaking French was never a problem. Great facilities with Pool spa and sauna along with breakfasts provided ... restaurants also in house and or close by .. a minutes walk to major lifts and gondolas for skiing or biking in summer.

Cant think of any issues here.

Location was great - pavements a little icy which made it slippy even with snow boots on. Breakfast was great, plenty on offer & service great. Good storage in room.

Room was a little small for the price and we were very low so didn't get much of a view. At certain times of day people walking past could see into the room which meant we had to close curtains when we were getting changed.
