Staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Location was close enough you could walk into the centre within 2-3 minutes, to the lifts in 5 minutes and if you didn't want to walk, the bus stop was just opposite. Close enough for it not to be an issue to walk to but far enough away that it was quiet. Breakfast was great. Boot room was big and had heated shoe racks. Parking out the front of the hotel.

Sound proofing on the rooms could have been better, could hear people using the stairs and talking in to the corridor (Not enough to wake you up but enough you could hear it when in the room)

Staffs were very thoughtful. They worked with their heart. We booked two adjacent rooms with balconies and then discovered that the balcony was indeed joining to a common terrace where people could hang out and smoke until/after midnight. We let the reception staff know about our concern, and they immediately made arrangements.

As said above, the room balcony is indeed joined with a common terrace where other hotel guests can sit and smoke. I believe it's not such a big deal in the winter when you close the sliding door most of your day, but it's challenging in the summer when you have to keep the curtain and window shut to ensure privacy. It would have been better if the common terrace was designated as a non-smoking area and closed by 10:00 p.m.

Stop over on Route Des Grande Alp bike trip. Refreshing to meet a well organised and switched on set up. Can't begin to thank Roman and the team there enough. Made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Superb facility, garage bike parking. Room clean and modern, Food, drink and service exceptional. Have a go at the Genepi if you dare. Will recommend to anyone passing. Booking again for next time Thanks again Roman First class and you should be proud

The staff were amazing. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. When we left an important item after we checked out and they first reported it wasn't found, Cedric went back to the room to look again and found it. They made it very easy and affordable to recover. Truly wonderful service. The lodge is lovely, the spa divine and the people, well....they made it perfect.

We were provided a better room than expected/booked. Thomas and Roman, at the reception when we arrived, were extremely polite, helpful and dedicated as much time as we needed to show us around. Even before our arrival, we had a call clarifying to us all the details we needed about the storage of our bikes. Safe storage for our bikes was also provided and car parking place in front of the hotel. Wonderful experience and positive surprises all the way!

Absolutely nothing!

Brilliant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and ideal location. You can just about ski to the door, and theere's a ski hire shop just next door if you need it. Comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms with a good shower and there's a spacious ski/boot room with heated dryers and plenty of comfy seating. The bar on the top floor has excellent views of the village and the mountain and it has a welcoming ambience. We'd definitely stay again.

Very nice welcome, with all the necessary information and questions answered! Room was like new, very clean and nicely decorated. Allowed to check in early.

We were informed ahead that parking was limited and on first come basis. Too late for hotel parking, but we were advised of the nearest free parking.

Staff were super helpful, free private sauna and jacuzzi was awesome after a long days’ travel and the room was great with a huge bath, garage parking for the motorcycle was a bonus too

The room was located in an annexed wing with complicated access: indications to the rooms on the 2nd floor would be useful, along with indications for the exit/reception.
