Location is perfect, in the same building as ski rentals and very close to Gondola. It is also just above the restaurants and few mns walk to the supermarket. Check-in instructions were clear and the manager was very responsive. Apartment is like the photos and the kitchen is well equipped. it was good value for money and I would book there again.

It was snowing while we were there, so the snow was covering the windows, it has one of the best views in Gudauri but it was mostly covered with snow during our stay.

Location was perfect for ski in ski out. Access to the ski depot, bar, restaurant and spa/pool all from within the building.

It’s not the buildings fault at all, but as it is handily located for the very popular Drunk Cherry bar and restaurant…this brings with it a lot of late night noise. In fairness this did not bother the children at all, but gave the adults a bad nights sleep.

It's a great location. I like that room was as described. The property manager replied quickly with any questions.

The room needs more forks (we had 2). I toaster would also be nice. The room was noisy because of the bars and restaurants below, but I knew this in advance and brought my own sound machine.

Fantastic location with a balcony looking directly at the main ski lift; all communication with manager via WhatsApp but nothing was missed (a problem with the WC flush was responded to immediately with the maintenance guy arriving within about 15 mins); nice apartment, very well heated and with everything we needed for a 3 night stay

The hotel is directly connected to ski resort,making it easy to hit the slopes. And when there was blizzard, I could quickly return to my room.

I was confused because I booked New Gudauri Suites, but the building was labeled as La Suites. But the staff was very kind and contacted me via WhatsApp so I won’t get lost.

The Suites New Gudauri (the building) is as convenient as ski in ski out gets in New Gudauri. The door from the ski locker room is 50m, directly in front of the gondola. The Gudauri Travel Apartments in Suites (the landlord) studio I stayed in is clean, comfortable, ideally suited for a ski vacation, and has a sideways view of lifts and mountain, so you can see the weather at the top. The bed is comfortable and the hot water, heat, and WiFi work. While larger than some Suites studios I have stayed in, two adults and one small child is the comfort limit of the space. Travel Apartments' rentals in the Suites have key lock boxes, so check in easy, if you pay in advance. Not all owners in the Suites make it as easy.

So like this: Ivan the manager is just a perfect person, kind, organized and punctual. Perfect service. We took 3 friends, a large room in front of the gondola with a view of the mountain. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean, the internet is excellent. Highly recommended, I will definitely come again! (For singles, Ivan is very handsome 😉)

Fantastic location, really as close as you can be to the Gondola without living on the gondola. Restaurants and supermarket very close by and a ski rental downstairs. Host was very friendly and overall fabulous

There is a bar downstairs, which plays music till late, not a big issue, but may bother early and light sleepers.

The apartment was a very good size and exceptionally well located. You could not get closer to the main gondola. While minimalist, the furnishings were nice and stylish and we made good use of the small kitchen. The fold-out sofa bed worked well for our two elementary-school-age kids to share. The separate bedroom was pleasant and had a great view. The staff was very responsive and accommodating, and the key box set up easy to use.

Wifi was underpowered for streaming and/or if someone needed it to do substantial work. We did not use if for either and it was fine for email, etc. Remember you are on top of a mountain in rural Georgia! The price is on the high side for the resort, but we found it met all our needs and more.
