Location is close to grocery, restaurant, ski lift though it was closed during our stay. With netflix and balcony is nice to watch the snowfalls. The apartment is perfect for a couple or with 1 child.
toilet have no bidet.

A very nice apartment with all the comfort and amenities you need.
We had a few things to visit in the surroundings, that's why we stayed here. Because it's a winter destination lots of restaurants and bars in the surroundings are closed during the summer season.

Location, cleanliness and ease of access. Good size room for ski stuff.
The water regularly didn’t work. Taps and shower ect. especially during mornings and evening times.

The property is clean and modern, with all the equipment and staff that might be needed. The view from the room is breathtaking, chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine is the best way to end the day :)

We had a great time at Skytop Studios, apartment is super clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location is very good. Quite easy check-in and check-out. I would recommend with pleasure to everyone who’s looking for perfect stay at Gudauri.
Design is very lovely, modern, comfy bed...absolutely adorable place to stay in.
