We had a good stay at the Hotel Europa. Communications upfront and onsite was both very responsive and helpful. As we decided to stay at premises close to the airport in Kutaisi, the Europa Hotel was the ideal place to be at the check-in counter within 15mins. The Hotel staff, especially Giorgi, was very supportive throughput our stay as he organized a free pick-up in the morning, arranged a driver to discover the city of Kutaisi and made a very good restaurant recommendation for a dinner in the heart of Kutaisi. Room was spacious and accommodated four persons easily, offering comfortable beds for a tight sleep before departing early next morning. Overall, a good value/price ratio and the great hotel staff that made our stay comfortable. Thank you!

People who want to visit the city center need to take ~20 minutes into account for commuting (nevertheless, the cab prices are fair and around 10 GEL for each direction)

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms, although not the most modern, are very cozy and functional. The hotel owners are very caring and hospitable, always ready to help and give advice. It feels like you're not just a guest, but a long-awaited friend. If cleanliness and a homey atmosphere are important to you, feel free to choose this hotel! There is a delicious restaurant near the hotel that serves hearty home-cooked meals. They offer room service.

Spacious rooms for 2 kids, easiest check-in process, very cooperative reception and good heating in extremely cold winters. Good place to stay if you need an easy reach to the Kutaisi airport.

The surrounding of the property needs some improvement, could be because of winter season everything even the backyard garden seemed so dead. The beds can be better, mattresses felt a bit old, but were still comfortable. Bathrooms a little small but okayish.

Attentive, friendly and patient staff. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean. We were offered a free taxi ride to the airport, which is only 10 minutes away and the staff offered to wake us up when it was time to get ready to leave (we had to leave at 3 AM)

Hotel is on first floor, so luggage has to be carried up, but staff is helpful with this. Not applicable to my personal experience, but interesting to note: stairs make the hotel not so accessible for wheelchair users.

The hotel had a perfect location, as we flew back home early in the morning and still had to return a car at the airport. The price was okay, overall look and feel of a "Best Western" style 2* hotel. Given this, it was nice that it was possible to buy snacks at a reception. Rooms are clean and okay to stay for one night, bathrooms looked okay, soap and single-use toothbrushes were provided. We dusted off in the morning with no unnecessary delays, which we highly appreciated. The receptionist could speak very good English, which is not a norm in Georgia (in lower * hotels).

We were charged an additional 3% when we decided to pay by card. The staff was nice, although maybe too talkative and oversharing. When looking around the hotel a bit, You realise that it does not look as good as in the pictures, but that does not really matter. The hotel is exactly what You expect it to be given its prices and location, so there is no point in discussing the hotel facilities, etc. As the rooms were nice, this is all You need for a one-night stay.

Very near to airport for a night stay is very convenient. Rooms are big size and clean. staff are very friendly and provides free shuttle service from airport so it is your best option if you are arriving late at night or leaving early morning. Value for money

Hotel is in second floor also It is in farm area so some insects might sneak in the room although it is very rare. Also lots of dogs which is common in georgia. Hotel is far from Kutaisi city.

Receptionist spoke great English and was very helpful. Close location from the airport. Perfect if you have a layover stop before a flight. Our family stayed at the hotel as we landed at 2am and needed a cosy place to sleep before continuing our holiday in Georgia. We also stayed again on our way back as our flight was early hours of the morning. Very convenient and airport transfer was free.

Exceptional staff that checked me in with a friendly and professional expertise. I was given a good size, super-clean room, and bright clean bathroom. The TV had a good choice of channels, the AC worked well and was very quiet, the fridge was clean and the tea/coffee facilities were great. The room had nearly no noise and the beds were very comfortable, I fell to sleep almost instantly. The meals were fresh, hot and very tasty. The checkout was fast and easy with a great free transfer to the airport.

Only 1 socket by fridge, so unplugged the fridge to plug in the kettle.

This hotel is perfect if arriving late or departing early from Kutaisi airport. The manager was excellent and spoke very good English. He took care of everything we needed and was very kind. The restaurant next to the gas station was also very good and the staff were very welcoming. The manager gave us a menu, called ahead and ordered our dinner for us. If you just need a quick place to stay with clean beds and friendly staff, this is your place. This is the perfect hotel near the airport.

The location between Kutaisi airport and town was perfect in order to catch an early morning flight. The hotel provided free transfer to the airport. The receptionist, George, was very kind, spoke good English and helped me with all my questions.

The hotel is more like a motel at the side of a petrol station, so the surronndings is kind of dull with the main road just outside.
