Absolutely fantastic hotel, location, facilities.

The only downside is not related directly to hotel, but driver services that are targeting tourists in front of the hotel and ripping them off and that last day we found out they are in connection with hotel staff. We took this “taxi” to do a tourist tour, agreed price. When he brought us to first location he handed us over to other guy that also tried to ripp us off for extra drive that we did not even want. Full package price was agreed. We thought ok they target in front of hotel but scene from last day… we were leaving and asked receptionist to call us a taxi. Were surprised when she told us how much that would cost, double then what we paid from airport to hotel. And then the same guy that already tricked us coming as “alleged” taxi. This is modus operandi and be aware!

This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The modern decor, comfortable bed, and high-quality linens made for a very pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable and greatly enhanced my visit to Kutaisi.

Everything was perfect.

Overall accommodation was clean and staff was helpful. They gave us the room early due to over early morning flight . They had fairly good options in the breakfast. The restaurant/Bar at the top is good but does not have the Halal Food Option. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Near to white bridge, park and city center. Surely a good option in Kutaisi

It seems they usually come across service issues such as Lift was not functional for few hours, telephone did not work and had to coordinate with manager over whatsapp. Wifi speed and quality needs improvement.

The room was nice and modern with a very decent bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kutaisi and we had a view of the river and White Bridge from our room. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The staff in the rooftop bar were so polite and very attentive. The rooftop bar is great and you probably have the best views of Kutaisi from up there, overall the room was fine and had everything we needed and the hotel had a great location!

The keycard to the room for some reason stopped working about 3 or 4 different times and we had to keep going down to reception for them to reset it which was a little inconvenient and weird why that kept happening. Also the hours of the housekeeping is a bit weird, the fact that they stay until 7PM to clean rooms isn't something I have had happen at any other hotel and maybe you leave early in the morning and come back at 6:30PM for example and they are still going around cleaning the rooms.

The property is located just next to pedestrian glass bridge over the river, in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and places nearby at walking distance. Very courteous staff at the reception. My car battery got dead during the stay there and the staff helped me with fixing the car. I really appreciate their timely help to avoid ruining our travel plans. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kutaisi to explore the city and nearby attractions.

Nice location, friendly stuff, comfortable double bed and great sleep after late night arrival.

The only thing- we stay 2 adults+2 kids, and I booked suite with double bedroom and separate area with sofa bed. So, sofa bed was not prepared for sleep, we all slept on double (it was most probably 2m wide bed), but the sofa-bed itself was old and very "used", I even didn't want to ask for providing extra linen at night, as I didn't really want to sleep on this "used" sofa... however the bed was new and comfortable! Just consider renovating sofa bed please

We stayed at BW Kutaisi for just one night, and it was a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous White Bridge and within walking distance of several great eateries. The rooms and bathrooms were cozy and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay.

Limited breakfast options - especially for vegetarians. It would have been great if the hotel could include more vegetarian-friendly choices

The rooms were large enough to accomodate 3 persons . The bathroom was big enough . The receptionist were very polite

The sofa cum bed was uncomfortable, while sleeping the underneath rod of the bed was hurting as you have to sleep in the direction of the length of the sofa and not across the length as normal sofa cum bed do . So request to change these ones .The breakfast was Ok and not gray as other Vest western hotels like Batumi

Good hotel from where all attractions, restaurants etc. are within walking distance. Pedestrian area starts just in front of the hotel so no traffic noises and also hotel is on the side from where you arrive or depart with taxi to airport. Room was cozy and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was not big choice of different food but just reasonably enough and tasty choices. Great value of money!

Elevator is quite busy and as we were on first floor we used stairs. Generally everything very OK!

Everyone on the staff team was very helpful. My wife and I wanted to go to Gelati Monastery with very little notice and the hotel staff organised it for us very efficiently and quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very friendly and wanted to help us. This was exceptional service, so thank you!

The Wi-Fi in our room was very poor and kept cutting out quite frequently. I appreciate probably every guest in the hotel will use the Wi-Fi at some point, but an international hotel chain should have robust enough Wi-Fi on every floor and reaching every room! This was the ONLY disappointing aspect of our stay.
