Most comfortable hotel room for living. Heater in the bathroom to get your towels hot and dry the clothes, if you deside to wash something. Capsule coffee machine for tea/coffee. Smart TV, shampoo and shower gel, small soaps and slippers. Nice breakfast room, pitty that you have to ask and not allowed to take cold cuts and veggies for breakfast yourself, and get the pastry hand over to you as well.

Bolt sometimes can not find the address, but Google maps didn't fail us, when we were walking from cable-car.

LOCATION: Hotel is located quite good and close to the Liberty Square and Galeria Shopping mall. It’s in the middle of good bars/cafés. There’s also a very close shopping center nearby, where you can get water/food/drinks etc. Evenings it’s peaceful and not loud. I would say that using the “Bolt” application would be the best thing to do it when going to the center and coming back, since the hotel is located in a little steep area. Prices are convenient and you will be faster on target.Walking at night could be tiring because of the steep roads. ROOM: Very clean room with a comfortable bed. I had a room with balcony with Mountain View. It was so nice to enjoy that view in evenings. Bathroom is also clean and good. Hotel is providing toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is a plus. Also shampoos and shower gels are good quality. You will find two bathrobes in the room, a very nice offering. There’s also a coffee machine in the room and daily water (2 bottles of 0,5 l) is provided. BREAKFAST: Hotel is providing a great breakfast with quite good buffet, where you can find eggs/sausages/vegetables/olives/Georgian cheese/salami/pancakes/honey/Nutella with different types of breads. There’s also lemon water, apple juice orange juice and a big coffee machine for americano, latte, cappuccino etc. Very important to mention that the staff provides breakfast are so helpful and kind. They were always there for help or provide anything when needed. Thank you!!! STAFF: My special thanks for this amazing personnel. During my stay, I always received an amazing help from them with a smile on face starting my check in until my check out.They were 7/24 ready for help and always present when anything needed. It was wonderful.

The hotel staff is very friendly, really nice and helpful. The hotel is situated not far from the city center, about 10 min walk. A lot of shops and cafes. Sometimes we used taxi, that is very cheap.

After we have arrived, we were unexpectedly told, there is no breakfast. The hotel management immidiatly provided appr. 20% discount for us, that was about equal for all breakfast meals we bought outside. Usually we had our breakfast in the very good cafe "Entree", about 300 meters downhill from our hotel.

bad location in a narrow place without parkings, there were ants in one of the room we rented, the balcony door doesn’t work and even after we informed them they didn’t do anything about it.

A very clean new hotel in a quiet part of central Tblissi. The room is spacious with clean bathroom. The balcony looks to the hillside nearby and we enjoyed keeping the balcony windows open to enjoy the cool breeze. The staff was lovely and helpful. We arrived too late at night to go to restaurants, so the kind receptionist helped us order food delivery and delivered it up to our room. It was so nice to comeback to our peaceful room after spending the day sightseeing.

Really nice place with a great design and theme, as well as a really functional space! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Andrei (who helped book us train tickets and assisted with every single of our requests) and Lasha. The breakfast was amazing, the neighborhood is full of neat little shops, and crucially, the reception was open at all hours, even when we arrived at 2am. Fantastic stay and will be recommending to all friends visiting Tbilisi!

It's close to the city center but far enough so there's no city noise. Lovely staff and good rooms. open and big cafeteria where you can sit and work.

We took the double room which was tiny. Very small for two people. If visiting for a night stay, it's okay but not for a long-term stay. We stayed 5 days and the breakfast was the same buffet for the whole week.

The food is very tasty, good interior design, really nice personel.

Sleeping conditions in my case could be better. First night was quiet, but the second was a friday night, there was live music that evening. And that's cool, but loud conversations just near my door and smoking near my window stoped about 4 am. And they really need to do something with fire detector:) It's in the middle of the room and blinks at night with cold day light once in 5 seconds. That's something KGB would like:)

New hotel. Nice decor. Location seems a bit off because it is at the end of a quite calm street with old houses. But then you realize that it’s close to everything! Very attentive staff in reception.

Breakfast could be greatly improved. The first day we had warm dishes. Then they disappeared. One day later we got to know that you could get an omelette asking for it. Some staff in the breakfast was nice. Some other - specially a young girl - wouldn’t even bother in offer you coffee and almost looks angry at you when she needs to stop browsing her phone to serve you something. Very bad and uncomfortable experience those breakfasts.
