We had a lovely balcony overlooking Tiblisi. The location was good, although up some steep roads, but that is just the area, and the price you pay for a room with a view. Staff were very helpful, researching tours etc. Room was modern, clean and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable pillows we have ever had. Room was tight but perfectly adequate, however, the bathroom was very spacious.

Not the hotels fault but we booked a transfer with them. The Taxi was 15 minute late and dropped us at arrivals. We booked this hotel specifically because there was a roof top bar. However, I guess a hotel this size cannot afford a person manning a bar that is used so infrequently. The one time we went up there, the terrace was open but the bar was locked. A member of staff turned up 5-10 minutes later. By that time we decided to go into town. What I am trying to say is if you are looking for a buzzing rooftop bar this is not the place, if you are happy to wait to be served, you will without doubt enjoy the view.

The reason to stay here is for the beautiful view. You *could* stay in a ground floor unit and use the rooftop terrace, but I am not sure if it would offer the same value. The views are thanks to the location up a hill. You can continue up to Mother of Georgia and Narikala Fortress easily from the hotel. I didn’t think the hills were that bad, but you do need some level of fitness; otherwise, you should book a different hotel. Breakfast ran from 8:00 AM until Noon, which allowed us to sleep in as late as we wanted! There is a large selection and the breakfast room, while small, was never full. The only thing missing, in my opinion, was yogurt.

I think the staff could come across as a little more warm and welcoming. For a boutique hotel, this was the only area that was a bit lackluster. Overall, I was happy to stay here.

The hotel premises were all beautiful, clean, and always had a fresh scent. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfasts were great and you can even order eggs or pancakes to be made fresh and brought to the table. The staff were courteous and kind and we will definitely come back.

While this isn't about the hotel itself it is a bit uphill from the center area (a 10 minute walk). It's definitely doable if you're in shape but something to note and even when ordering taxis keep in mind it will take them extra time to come up the tiny roads.

Location was close and in walking distance to the main attractions, although hills in Tbilisi are very steep and you have to make some hurdles before reaching the hotel. I recommend walking to the hotel only to those who are young or in good physical shape. For elderly people, walking may be problematic. Breakfast option was great and the breakfast room has a very nice view to the city. Personnel was very polite and helpful. On the top floor there is a terrace with view, I suggest the receptionists to remind the customers about it at the move in time. The view is great there and it is simply a nice place to chill and have coffee in your free time from exploring the city.

The rooms are clean. All guests have access to rooftop terrace with a nice view of Tbilisi. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They let us check a couple hours before official check in time without any additional charge. They also helped us to book tables in local restaurants. We really appreciate it.

If you carry heavy luggage, be aware that the hotel is located on a hill and the road is very steep. When the road gets slippery, some cars can’t go all the way up, so you still need to walk around 50 meters uphill to reach the hotel gate. The Boutique Double Room we stayed at is very small - no space to move around. The bed takes most of the room space.

I loved how meticulous the view, the balcony and the quality of the room was - everything looked great, was clean, felt great and smelled great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to tbilisi.

I think an offering of a restaurant on site would be good too. I found myself ordering in several meals, where I would have rather just gone up for a fancy dinner at the terrace - if anything. But that's okay - really.

Characterful boutique hotel bang in the middle of Old Town. I loved that the hotel has a piece of cliff (which it stands on) incorporated into its interior! The evening views from the terrace (as swell as most balconies) are amazing

Like many properties in Old Town accessibility is some to something to bear in mind as it’s unavoidable if you want to stay in the historic Centre and with view in Tbilisi.

Hotel is locatead in the center of old Tbilisi , everithing is in walking distance . amaizing atmosphere . The rooms are clean and comfortable with the beatiful view of city . the staff are amaizing very friendly and aleays ready to help you . The top roof terrace is something spacial with panoramic view of city .....

We stayed for 3 nights / 4 days and they did not provide shower gel or shampoo but once. Also the housekeeping team were making too much noise during the day while cleaning other rooms, we couldn’t sleep during the day. Receptionist not available all the time. We call for room service no one answers several times.
