We are architecture students coming to Tbilisi for a project. We stay in this hotel for several days. The location is very central and you can easily get access to the main street, public transport and the historical city centre. The room is very clean and breakfast with some Georgian specialties is quite impressive. What’s more, all the staff there are very nice. They will just try best to help you and give the very first view of the heartwarming side of the city. Especially Bacho working at reception, he has even told us a lot about the history and culture of Tbilisi, like a tourist guide. It’s a really nice experience here. And we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends :)

Location close enough to central, very nice and modern room layout, great sized bed, very good bathroom, decent number of options at a buffet style breakfast

While it's close to central location, the building right in front of the hotel looks like it's abandoned or half deconstructed – but apparently you can see the Georgian president's home down the street about 500 metres so maybe it's just the way life is there. This one might be a cultural thing but one of the male staff was very friendly and sweet while speaking to my partner (male), giving recommendations – but almost completely ignored me (female) who was standing right there.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I booked my room, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. When I got lost on my way to the hotel, they came to pick me up from the metro station and were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, chic, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out was the genuine and attentive service provided by the staff. I was truly impressed and grateful for their hospitality, and I would not hesitate to book with this hotel again in the future. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like about my stay even though I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels!

The air conditioner is very quiet (compared to many other hotels I've been too). There were no disturbing noises. The bed softness is medium, but it was comfortable for me to sleep. The breakfast is very nice. The bed linen was replaced often (once every 2 or even 1 days). It was comfortable to stay in general. The hotel is located on a quiet street close to the city center and the major sights. The street is cozy unlike its appearance in Google Street View. The staff speaks Georgian, Russian and English. The bathroom has soap and shampoo dispensers instead of little bottles, though the roomkeepers didn't fill a soap dispenser when it got empty.

The safe is small (passport size cube) and not attached to the wall, therefore it's useless. There are only 5 power outlets in the room, including 1 in the bathroom, 1 behind the TV and 1 for the kettle. There are also 2 USB-A outlets, but I had only USB-C cables. There is only 1 bedside table despite a plenty of space. The bathroom light is too dim. I wish they put a bench on the roof because it has a nice view.

Good location, and good price for value. Good internet connection. Clean.

My window was on second flour with view to entrance, all the time someone was smoking outside, so not possible to open window.

The staff, facilities, location, and food. The staff were super friendly, considering we are Africans in a conservative European society. They provided all the support, including allowing our kids in at no extra cost. They also provided the whole family breakfast at the price of a couple. I initially booked the hotel for 2 nights on recommendation from a colleague but ended up staying 7 nights, cancelling my other booking in an apartment.

The street is a bit old but that's expected from the old city. On a positive note, being the old city , the hotel was central and close to everything. One can literally walk to the Bridge of Peace, Cable car, Liberty square, Gudiashvilli square, Galleria Mall of Tblisi, to mention a few.
