Have been staying here before and returned this year for a short stay because I could get a room for a discounted price. Rooms are big and very clean,modern bathroom with good shower, very comfortable big bed. Good WiFi and location in my favorite part of Tbilisi. Easy communication over the phone in English can solve all problems.

No hotel sign whatsoever outside of the building where the hotel is located at the second floor. No sign at the door bell either which makes it extremely difficult to get inside the main building on arrival especially when you have never been here before. No sign at the entrance door on the second floor either. No staff staying permanently at the premises which isn't a big problem but strange for a place calling itself hotel. Make sure to communicate your exact arrival time and get a phone number to avoid getting stranded outside the main building entrance.

Street noise could be an issue for some, as could be the very firm bed. The shower head needs to have limescale removed as it's shooting water everywhere. Also the shower hose is shooting water from the connection. Please get non-synthetic bed sheets as the static during winter is insane.

Very cozy peaceful place with absolutely lovely staff. I had the room with a wonderful balcony with grape vines growing around it and the persimmon tree right infront of it and I definitely got to taste them)) Would definitely love to return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The door in the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way, which made it quite cold in the room.

The corridor is little smelly (probably from smoking). But the room itself is fine, clean.

The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy and the old man who received me was very nice. When you arrive at the door of the hotel remember to press that golden button at the door and the hotel people will open the door for you. The hotel is easily accessible with a bus stop nearby.

Very convenient location, many different groceries are right infront of the building. Two minutes walk to Fabrika, where we had amazing cocktails and felt the vibe of the city. Super friendly staff, thanks a lot to them for the way they treat guests! Comfy bed, clean bathroom with all necessary toiletries, good a/c, thick blinds, HIGH CEILING! Shared kitchen - modern and clean equipment, big fridge. We loved this place and would definitely recommend it!

I really like this house.it’s clean and quiet. And the owner is really warm. You are totally free in this house during your living. and it’s convenient to go anywhere. There is a new Chinese restaurant closed by.

Everything is great minus the bath water😅😅 After my friend was forced to rinse in freezing water 3 minutes into her bath, I brought this to their attention. They assured me there's no issue by turning on the faucets in front of me. But there was never a question of whether there's hot water. What we questioned was whether it lasts more than 3 minutes 😅 and true to form the next day I paraded in a bath towel and shampooed head in and out of other rooms on the hunt for hot water. After three 3- min showers in other rooms I managed to complete the task. Hilarious?? For sure! But when you are tired and going down with a cold, it's definitely not fun!

Extremely welcoming host and amazing and enjoyable place to stay! Close to lively Marjanishivili street, you have all cafes and restaurants nearby. Since I am a musician, I was also happy that there is a piano downstairs, so I could give online lessons. I really recommend staying there!

The property was very clean. The owner of the property was a really kind person and did his best to help in any way he could. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe. If I come to Tbilisi again, this property will definitely be my first choice.
