Location is superb due to proximity to city center and the majority of touristic places in tbilisi , and proximity to bus station . Cleanliness is spot on. Staff is very welcoming, helping and walks the extra mile to assist you. Affordable price for a great service value. Beatiful location near the park . Close to 24/7 supermarket

The hotel is located very close to the old town so you could walk everywhere. There are shops, a small bakery and an ATM a couple steps away. Room was comfortable with a big bed, clean and provided with all the necessities. The receptionist lady was very friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile

The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The staff is helpful. It’s located in a residential area which gives you a sense of everyday living in Tbilisi.

This family-run hotel is the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi. The owners are very friendly as well as the people working at the reception who also speak very good English and can help you with tips and recommendations to explore the city. The room and bed were confortable and we loved the quieter location of this hotel.

Location was ideal. Everything is nearby, good restaurants and cafes. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and warm, powerful shower. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Decor is very modern. Breakfast good quality. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was just beautiful. It is newly refurbished and everything was in great shape. The staff were very helpful. The location is just perfect. The hotel is well accessible from the airport (just a 20 min drive) as well as from the main station. It is just a 3 min walk to Dry Bridge, which is one of the most beautiful places in Tbilisi. There are also nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a stay around this place.

I could say, we were very satisfied by our stay. We loved everything about the hotel, the staff, the location, it's clean rooms, everything was super nice. We highly recommend it. It feels like a home, the staff are kind and helpful.

The room were clean, felt like im in home, the stuff wefe so kind and helpful, it was quite the whole time, slept like babies lol. The breakfaat is good and the outside park view is so beautiful. The politics they use there not to bring guests inside is good, you would feel safe staying there and knowing that the only access to hotel is by card from main door. I recommend it

Fantastic property in terms of the quality of the rooms, super comfortable beds, great friendly and helpful staff. Exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this property. Definitely staying here again when I travel back to Tbilisi.
